Pros:

There is nothing nice to say about this 3 star hotel! It shouldn’t have any stars in my opinion!

Firstly it’s on an extremely busy dual carriageway and the noise is horrendous as i discovered when they allocated a room overlooking it. There i discovered a horrid room with a single bed when i paid for a double. I asked to change to a quiet room which the miserable guy on reception did and slammed the tacky key card on the counter whilst looking away but i still got a single bed. The only member of staff who was pleasant was the chambermaid, the rest are devoid of any personality and not one spoke English.

The room smelt of cigarettes, the bed was a small single with a hard mattress and lumpy pillow
The safe and fridge didn’t work, the toilet flush was loose, the small bath towel was stained and there was no shower gel, only shampoo ( well maybe that was empty i didn’t try it) and a tiny bar of soap. 2 coat hangers and a badly stained stool to sit on.

I slept little due to the loud humming noise coming either from next doors bathroom fan or maybe a generator outside.

there are no restaurants or coffee shops close by but i did manage to find a good coffee shop on the beach road. I didn’t attempt the breakfast but judging by other reviews i didn’t miss anything!

Le lit était confortable

Cons:

Le personnel très désagréable, ils nous crient dessus parce qu’en partant on a laissé la carte dans la chambre. Pas du tout accueillant pas même un sourire ni un bonjour

Funny staff .
Pros:

The host is not good and friendly. When we reached there after a long journey they asked me to pay more money .and after a lang procedure, they gave us a key ..after a request, they fixed AC.rooms were so hot..

Cons:

Staff and during breakfast time, they keep an eye on customer who are eating more..and they give a funny attitude.

I loved my staying in Antalya but this hotel was awful and my family was uncomfortable in there and I left the hotel 2 d
Pros:

Honestly, during of my booking process I was happy to book this hotel but as soon as I got there found this hotel is a non star hotel because, swimming pool was broken, very poor air condition, fridge was broken and we didn’t have Wi-Fi that I had all of this facilities on my booking. The worse thing is that even they didn’t apologise for this situation and poor services.

Cons:

Everything was bad and I just wasted my money, the breakfast was small and the cups was unclean, my shower was broken. I had 3 rooms in this hotel and all the fridges was broken and when I told them we need cold water they didn’t even give us a cold water they said bring your bottle down to soap, swimming pool was broken from July and they did not let me that I cancel it but when I asked them about that what we can do, they said go to swim in the sea which is close to us. Never ever seen a hotel like this.
