Pros:

Door key never worked, had to have staff let me in every time I wanted in my room, then the room next to me kept smoking in a non smoking floor, had to be moved to another room without the ocean view I paid for..
staff at hotel was very nice and I know not their fault for door issue or people smoking.

Pros:

Cleanliness is correct, staff are friendly, swimming pool is pleasant but Indian restaurant on ground floor and breakfast were disappointing (croissants were stale)
