I mean the pictures look incredible but in real life… it went waaay beyond my expectations. I didn’t know how much nature is there, the beachline, the trees occupied with monkeys, etc.
Too many hidden fees. I don’t know why a spa massage is supposed to have a service fee and tax fee?
Every part of the room, from the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent, great beverage offers and the pool was stunning post safari. We also had an experience dining in the sand dunes under the stars with a 7-course degustation menu with wines.
Nil as exceeded expectations across all elements from the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and pool/ grounds set adjacent to the beach
Madura fue súper majo, nos enseñó todo lo que había en la zona y nos dio ideas de planes. El Hotel nos encantó muy bien ubicado para ir andando a Lion Rock!
Limpieza, amabilidad, Situ es un encanto!
Beautiful property fabulous, huge pool, great service & friendly staff
Restaurant al la carte was delicious
An absolutely magical hotel nestled in the heart of the jungle. The location is truly one of a kind — surrounded by lush greenery, yet close enough to the ocean to enjoy the best of both worlds. It feels like stepping into a hidden paradise where you can fully immerse yourself in the mystery and beauty of nature.
Everything about our stay was extraordinary — the stunning pool overlooking the jungle, the delicious food, and the warm, attentive service. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience.
But the true highlight? Watching an elephant casually walk near the lobby one afternoon, right below us. It was a breathtaking and surreal moment that made our stay even more special — a real jungle adventure!
Need to take in consideration that you need to wake us early to enjoy the magic of the jungle as it becomes very hot at noon
The hotel was beautiful, pool area was idyllic. The food for such a large hotel catering for many people was very good. The staff were all friendly and seemed very happy.
The bar needed some more staff in the early evening as we waited a while for drinks.
Pretty cool setup
From the room pic, I expect upstair room with balcony but what we got is a very strange one at first floor with no view at all and very soggy bed
Pretty remarkable place, very enjoyable stay. A midnight elephant in the garden was a real highlight.
No issues! Pool water tastes super weird though. Maybe sun cream.
Extremely comfortable bed and room. The pool is lovely, we even had a visit poolside from an elephant!
Staff attentive and friendly.
Good base for the national park.
Lighting in the room slightly too dark, otherwise hotel perfect
L'emplacement
Long couloir interminable pour arrivée à la chambre
The staff were lovely and always attentive. 10 out 10 for the staff.
The bathrooms were clean but dated and need an upgrade.
Right next to Yala so perfect for safaris. Amazing massive (75m) pool, close to the beach so can hear waves from the rooms. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Wildlife wondering around (including cows, monkeys, palm squirrels and even an elephant (didn’t see it as we were on safari but other guests did).
There was a party on the beach one night which started at 7pm and lasted till late. Not ideal given we were up at 5am for 6am safari start. The rooms have partly open air bathrooms so soundproofing is not great. We would go back but would need clear assurances there were no parties and/or that we would be as far away as possible so we could just enjoy the nature. Recommend half board as there is nothing in the neighbourhood at all. The access road to the hotel (2km) is a dirt road worse than those in the nature reserve so very bumpy.
