Very very bad behaviour of Receptionist
Pros:

The reception staff behaviour was very bad.

Cons:

Before i reaching the hotel i got a call from there and he told me that you can check in after 12:00 pm. Clearly mentined in the booking my reaching were 9-10. There is no mention about the pm/AM in the sight. He says that he sent a mail to me in the booking day what the time is it morning or night. If night we mentioned in railway time. When i came there his aptitude was very bad and he told me that the final decision is taken by the property not by the online booking app. If the properties policy is changed that must me changed in the app.. Why should you cheat the customers/tourists. Please update the policy / rules again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pros:

nothing, but leaving next day

Cons:

The sheets had food on them, the blanket some one had sex on them and drink glass had cigarette ash in glass.
Air con did not work and even asked to fix. staff no help.
