Fabulous Hotel for San Sebastián
Pros:

Great ambience and overall good service with a nice restaurant built into the hotel. Location right next to beautiful church!

Great bed and shower

Style and mini fridge full of snacks and local drinks was a nice touch!

Cons:

35 euro parking is standard but that was only nit!

Choice for The breakfast was not very good. Some staff were pleasant and helpful but others were not. The reception was just a table with a lap top resembling more a coffee shop than a hotel and some of the team didn't acknowledge you.

Fantastic stay in a stylish hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Comfort and style of the rooms plus the location - right by the old town and also La concha bay

Cons:

The gym - small with limited weights and no mats plus aircon wasn’t working. Went walking and running outside instead!

Pros:

From the check in to the last breakfast and check out everything was exceeding our expectations.
Wonderful and very supportive staff, the room was clean, the bathroom huge and had all needed amenities. Nothing more I could have wished for.

Fabulous location, great design, friendly staff.

Amazing location. Modern. Clean. Great rooms. Loved the WhatsApp feature to contact the front desk.

It was pretty great, but if I had to pick on one tiny thing - there was no iron in the room.

Cons:

Very slow wifi (less than 5mb/s), and also paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors talking, snoring, coughing.
The spa had a foul smell of septic off-gas.

Delivered a comfortable 2 night stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable, minimalist ie nothing on the walls. All white. Tasteful furnishing. Nice bathroom. Location is fine for stuff you need to do. Unfussy hotel all round and nice relaxed restaurant with confident staff.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a way to make a cuppa with some fresh milk. Shower didnt live up to expectations. Would have traded the electric butt washing for a bit of shower water pressure. Top floor room has no view to speak of but does have a ceiling velux. It wasn't too sunny for us so no comment on how that shapes up if its 35+ outside. The Hotel restaurant dinner was very good. I think the best Sole we have eaten. Usb port by the bed was loose and not working. Forgot to mention. Price a little high perhaps but nice place to stay.
