Aufbackbrötchen, wässeriger Kaffee keine Auswahl an Kaffeevariationen. Eier zu fest gekocht, Joghurt wölbt sich der Deckel nach oben. Kein Gedeck auf dem Tisch. Nein Danke nie mehr wieder

Ma déception laissera un souvenir mémorable

Établissement choisi initialement pour passer 2 nuits dont le réveillon de nouvel an. Également de par son nom, hôtel Faller, qui laisse augurer un standard germanique. Rien de tout cela: buffet de réveillon désolant, salle à manger non chauffée, pas plus de 12 degrés, soit disant le système ne fonctionne plus, gestion amateurs de l'établissement. Payer 222€ par nuit pdj+ repas soir est tout simplement du vol. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, le remboursement de la seconde ne nous a pas été proposé. Mon erreur a été de ne pas avoir vu que les commentaires positifs étaient anciens, 2010 à 2024 et qu'entre temps l'hôtel a changé de propriétaire. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Für eine Nacht gerade so ok aber nicht länger.

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist nicht besonders gut. Das hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück schlecht aufbackbrötchen aus dem Supermarkt waren nach kurzer Zeit hart. Eier hart gekocht. Kaffee eine Kanne davon konnte sich jeder bedienen wurde zwar immer aufgefüllt aber sehr ungewöhnlich. Für Tee stand ein wasserkocher da. Nicht so viel Auswahl kein gescheites Obst stand schon länger da. Die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem müsste das hotel rundum renoviert werden. Für eine Nacht gerade so ok aber nicht länger.

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer riesig und alles was man braucht vorhanden.
Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Frühstück einfach aber gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Wir würden wieder dahin kommen.

Nice hotel away from the crowds
Pros:

Had a miscommunication about the heating (someone had switched it off, and it was freezing on arrival), but this was soon rectified by management. Lovely hotel away from the crowds. Short walk from Hinterzarten Train Station (very scenic). Very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little bit dated, but everything worked as it should.

Es war soweit alles gut - das Hotel wurde übernommen von netten Landsleuten aus Indien - ich würde dem Hotelbesitzer hier empfehlen sich mal beraten zu lassen zwecks Einrichtung / Ausrichtung Frühstück Buffet / Sauberkeit usw.
Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war ok, wie gesagt würde ich mir hier mal beraten lassen als Besitzer dieses Hotels, Preis war schon ziemlich hoch - auch das muss mal kalkuliert werden. Danke
