The location is far from the center and as there is a lot of traffic it makes it difficult to reach the sights. Only a few restaurant options around

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly people, especially Elcin who did everything to help me, but everyone was very kindly. When I arrived I found a bottle of wine in my room, the room was big and very comfortable. In front of the hotel there is the hotel restaurant which is also very good.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Auroom, everything was perfect! The facilities, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, decor. But most exceptional were the staff, who were so warm and friendly, and made us feel that we had a home away from home. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, outstanding! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any traveller to Baku. Thanks so much!

They couldn't process payment on Mastercard even though it was accepted everywhere in Baku. Forced to use our Visa card which we didn't want to use.

The property is located prime area, good staff. Elsin at the reception was very attentive , helpful, for any issues he just came forward to help. For All staff - Well done, supportive , courteous.
I had 3 day stay and on different dates. All 3 dates , i got a room on 3 different floors , the 3rd floor room was good , had smart Tv and breakfast had variety more of bread items. Overall good service, grocery is closeby the hotel.
On the 1st and 2nd floor in the washroom , I believe there is some issues with the pipe which is leaving some odd smell.
For breakfast they can keep little variety apart from bread items. Should have more gravy items, rice , beans etc.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really took good care of me, right from offering me a room early (I arrived a lot earlier than check in time!), offering me breakfast despite my early arrival, assigning me a very comfortable room, arranging for a cab and so on. They were warm and welcoming and they made my stay extremely pleasant. A big Spasiba to all of them!
