The location is very good and close to the main street and shops. Restaurants and cafe shops. So everything you need is just a walking distance.
They did not clean the room from Monday till Saturday. The trash bags were full and no one picked them even though I told them about it. They answered they were busy that is why. To me this is not an excuse.
Water was bad in shower either cold or too hot. But most of the time was cold.
The location.
Room very small, AC not working well, the elevator can take 2 persons only.

The hotel was closed - although the host confirmed my booking, when I arrived it was dark inside, no one there and just some construction materials inside.
It is either under renovation, or completely abandoned
Breakfast was nice, location nice. The host excellent. Room okay.
When I booked, I specifically (!) searched for a room with a bath. That was confirmed. I even send an e-mail to double check if there was a bath. Again I received confirmation that there would be a bath. When I arrived I asked if there would be a bath in the room. The reply was: "Of course sir, and towels and a bed too!" But there was no bath. And when I complained about that, I was told: "Ah, a bath, sorry sir we do not have that here."
Hotel smelled like sewage.

I booked them 11 people and 4 rooms, but they didn't give me a room. They pointed out my fault with all kinds of excuses, but they lied to me. I was very angry and our family was very tired. At 2 a.m., they offered me their other hotel. It was 25 minutes away from where I originally booked.
I don't want to recommend this hotel to anyone,
I'd like to file a complaint with Booking Dotcom, but.. Chatbot doesn't care.
