Ideal pour un voyage d'affaires entre Mönchengladbach et Düsseldorf.
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement géographique et le calme.
le parking est attenant à l'hotel et gratuit.
La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain sont grandes.

Cons:

Le niveau du Wifi était faible en début de soirée.

völlig überteuerte "Monteurunterkunft" in Schrottimmobilie -- stay elsewhere
Pros:

- Parkplatz kostenlos vor dem Haus
- Ruhige Umgebung (kein Strassenlärm, dafür hört man alles vom Nachbarn),
- die Heizung ging Mitte Oktober schon
- gute weiche Handtücher

Cons:

- Besitzer war im "Urlaub", Schlüssel in Korb (Kommunikation war freundlich aber auch nicht mehr)
- Zimmer Standard von 1985, kalter Boden
- steile enge Holztreppe von 1950
- Feuermelder liegt im Schrank anstatt an der Decke
- Amaturen, Dusche (sehr hoher Einstieg), WC grün (!!!) alt und Armaturen schwergängig (Wasserdruck gering) aber sauber
- Bett nur 90cm und 180cm lang!!!
- keine Verdunklung, man wacht auf wenn es Hell wird
- keine Schallisolierung nach Nachbarzimmer man hört jeden Schritt der Nachbarn
- kein Frühstückservice oder Kaffeekocher
- Wifi sehr sehr langsam
- in Fußnähe weder Kneipe, Restaurant noch Supermarkt (Auto nötig)
- solchelei Monteuerunterkünfte kosten 25-30€ - auch 2025!! - wer hier für's Doppelzimmer 100€ hinlegt musst schon sehr niedrige Ansprüche haben um das als "es ist es wert" zu empfinden.
Offensichtlich springt der Vermieter auf den allgemienen Trend auf und orientiert sich mit dieser Monteuerherberge an Hotelpreisen aus der Nachbarschaft - für mich ist das kein Hotelbetrieb hier!
