We had a lovely time staying there.
Pros:

Full kitchen facilities. Very quiet location and heard birds waking up and singing in the morning. Got chess, books and board games facilities. Kids love it.

le manoir est tres beau, joli deco mais avec tout ce luxe dépensé comment ce fait il que les chambres soient si incomfortables et ne parlons meme pas de la déco on se croirait dans une auberge de jeunesse!

La camera e la struttura erano sporche.Non ritengo corretto affidarsi al buon senso degli ospiti paganti per pulire la stanza che era visibilmente sporca ed in disordine.Inoltre anche gli spazi comuni erano privi della normale pulizia che ci si aspetta. Ambiente trascurato,avrebbe un potenziale che viene azzerato dall incuria del proprietario

Allez dans cet hotel est une expérience en soit. Un concept. Bout du bout, et il faut plus le prendre comme ça : on est plus sur de l'auberge de jeunesse que sur un hôtel. Mais quelle ambiance ! Et mention spéciale à l'accueil. Alors personne pour faire le check in (tout se fait sur une tablette dehors) et ça déroute un peu. On a croisé un peu par hasard le patron qui nous a expliqué un peu comment tout ça fonctionnait (quand je dis "un peu", c'est que notre anglais est si mauvais que ça limiter les interactions....). Attention, les lits (pour les chambres économiques) n'ont pas de draps. Il faut soit les louer, soit les avoir avec soit.

My booking said a private bathroom, it was booked as a family room of 5 people and we had one bathroom to 4 rooms on the top floor. Also it was not written clearly there was no bedding as part of our booking.com fee so we had to pay an extra 25 pounds for bedding

L'ancien manoir est très beau. La situation, à côté d'un beau loch, d'un tea room, du cairn gorm est super ! La salle commune est chaleureuse.

Il y a de nombreux petits travaux à faire, mais ça ne gêne pas le séjour.
