I loved the welcome from our host . I enjoyed , the excellent facilities and the cosiness , the freedom to use the kitchen and all the rooms of the splendid house . It was an excellent location for the mountains and wild swimming which I love . My bedroom was immaculate and very comfortable

Great host, facilities and all excellent value for money.
Pros:

The facility run by Tony is an excellent place to stay weather you are a forces veteran or not, the communal areas are a lovely places to relax, eat read and plan the next adventure with some wonderful places nearby to visit and all this for about a third of the price for something similar

I was there in the down season and had a room to myself despite paying for a shared room. It was very peaceful, with great access to the nature of the area.

Cons:

Someone kept stealing food out of the fridge, but such is life in hostels.
