Pros:

The ethos of Forces Manor makes this place truly special. We liked the variety of accommodation and that families are catered for. The communal space is lovely and we enjoyed meeting other guests there. Koda deserves a special mention for bringing guests together. Thank you to Tony for your warm welcome and chats throughout our stay.

Cons:

The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as some guests may venture out late at night and come back in the early hours of the morning. Some guests didn’t clean up after themselves especially in the sink area.

Was an excellent stay and a really good value for money
Pros:

Lovely quiet location with free use of the shared kitchen if you want to cook. When I arrive, the heating had already been put on so it was lovely and cozy.

Cons:

A little bit rural, but it is to be expected with its location not many shops nearby

Nothing was good. It was absolutely terrible. I gave it a 1 because 0 was not an option

An absolute disaster. By far the worst accommodation I have ever seen. I have genuinely never seen a place in such a terrible condition.

When we arrived, there was no one there to welcome us and we had to figure everything out ourselves. As soon as we entered, there was a horrible smell. The room was absolutely filthy: rubbish on the floor, disgusting carpet, equipment in very poor condition… There were not even any sheets or a blanket, just a mattress and an old pillow.
The bathroom was simply disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned: hair, stains and dirt everywhere. The overall condition was so bad that we could not even stay and had to leave immediately.
And despite the fact that we did not even spend a single night there, they refused to give us a refund.

Honestly, this is completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not understand how a place in this condition can still be listed on Booking.
Avoid this place at all costs !!! Do not stay here !!!

INCREDIBLE!!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very attentive and very hospitable. Meeting the owner Tony was a highlight of our whole trip. Such a fun and warm person. He made us feel like we were at home.

Cons:

Everything was superb, so there was nothing we didn't like.
