The location was amazing. It's right at the beach, the balcony had such a lovely view and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shower had nice water pressure. I found a spider in the room, but it was probably my fault for leaving the balcony door open for fresh air. The cafe had good coffee and a nice sitting area outside.
Just in front of the beach. Few restaurants within walking distance. In the town centre.
Room was reasonably clean. Dirty quilt inside and covered by the bed sheet. AC did not work, broken room temperature control. Knob was missing. No tea/coffee provided in the room. There was a kettle, but the lid will not close, so its danger to use the kettle (such a cheap plastic kettle).
Low standard buffet breakfast, not much options for vegetarians. Average quality coffee.
Staff could not speak English other than at the reception. Communicating with the restaurant staff was very difficult/impossible (if you are non Spanish speaker).

The location is fabulous and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Harry on reception is so helpful
It’s a little noisy if you get one of the internal rooms. This is not the hotels fault this is inconsiderate guests who come in drunk all 3am shouting. It would appear that they are also incapable of closing doors or realising people may still be sleeping at 730am.
Alle Mitarbeitern waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben mir mit meinem Gepäck geholfen und am Morgen eine Taxi zum Flughafen gerufen.
Frühstück hatte ich nicht, kann nicht beurteilen.
Der Strand sieht noch nicht fertig aus, man hat aber einen Meerblick, wenn man passendes Zimmer gebucht hat.
Mein Zimmer hatte nur einen Blick auf die Terrasse und Innenhof, es war von mir aber auch so gewünscht und gebucht, weil die Straße vor dem Hotel gut gefahren und mir zu laut ist. Für eine Nacht war für mich eine Zimmer ohne Ausblick Ok gewesen.
Der Aufzug hat problemlos funktioniert.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und einen Minimarket, einen Supermarkt hat ich nicht weit weg bei der Taxifahrt gesehen.
Die Matratze war sehr hard.
In der Nacht hatte ich eine Kakerlake im Zimmer ( ist leider sehr oft bei Kanarischen Inseln).
Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört alles, was im Zimmer daneben und über dir oder im Korridor passiert.
