Gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Leider war die Heizung in meinem Zimmer kaputt. Dafür stand bereits ein Heizlüfter bereit.
Da der aber sehr laut ist, hat man die Wahl zwischen Fernsehen oder heizen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die vielen Spiegel im Zimmer und im Flur sind intelligent angebracht um Weite zu schaffen, die nicht vorhandenen ist.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Schönes Zimmer mit eigener Sauna im Bad. Frühstück ist auch gut.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel spontan nach "Bauchgefühl" gebucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Zimmer haben entweder eine eigen Sauna oder ein Wasserbett. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durch die Innenstadtlage sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze knapp sodass man entweder bisschen läuft oder für 6 € die Nacht Tiefgarage bucht. Es fällt lediglich auf das selektiv moderniseirt wird. Die Türen sind dünn und laut. Man hört den Nachbarn (zumindest bei meinem Zimmer) husten und reden. Die Kissen waren mit einer Art "Watte" gefüllt und garnicht meins. Insgesamt super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Komme sehr gerne wieder

Pros:

nach Upgrade bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einer Dampfsauna im eigenen Bad. Das habeich sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Mitarbeiter. Stammhaus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gutes Frühstück. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, ebenfalls die ruhige Lage.
Der Service beim Frühstük war teilweise allerdings deutlich verbesserungsfähig. Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit gewünscht.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel!
Besonders die individuell eingerichteten Zimmer mit privater Sauna oder Dampfbad gefallen mir sehr.
Das Essen sowie der Service ist perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)
