Certains occupants de l'hôtel un peu trop bruyants 😂 (à1h du matin) une intervention de la part de l'hôtel aurait été la bienvenue.

El Hotel es muy comodo y limpio, habitaciones amplias que proporcionan lo que necesitas. Es el lugar ideal si estas pensando en pasear valencia y alrededores ubicado en un pueblo muy tranquilo. La atencion de los recepcionistas de 10 🤩

Cons:

La unica pega que pondria! Seria la atencion de la camarera del reataurant, muy borde y nada explicativa, tomando en cuenta que los viajeros no somos de alli ni conocemos el servicio. En fin seria el unico aspecto a mejorar

No es un hotel para 4 estrellas, la piscina sucia, los baños de la piscina estaba asquerosos y con papel manchado, ayer cuando llegué no me informaron que me cobran adicional por mi mascota y la gran sorpresa fue cuando me iba a ir y no solo eso tampoco me advirtieron desde booking cobro adicional, me pareció falta de respeto que lo meneen de esa manera, la habitación olía a puro cloro y llegué a las 4:30pm, el TV parece un monitor de lo chico que es! Por eso para mí 4 estrellas le falta mucho

Pros:

Tegenover het hotel was een parkeerplaats waar je gratis kunt parkeren. Dit is openbaar.
De balie medewerkers waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was goed.
Voor de honden hoefde we niks bij te betalen. De baliemedewerker gaf aan dat dit normaal €12,- per hond is.
Bij het uitchecken kregen we een gratis fles gekoeld water mee.

De omgeving is erg onaantrekkelijk.
Het hotel is erg gedateerd.
We hebben tapas als avondeten gegeten in het hotel. We vonden het alle niet erg smaakvol. De dame die ons bediende was niet erg vriendelijk en had heel veel haast. Hierdoor kon je moeilijk iets aan haar vragen en hebben we uiteindelijk de baliemedewerker om zout, olijfolie en nog wat te drinken gevraagd.
Boven onze tafel was een lekkage. Toen we dit aangaven bij de serveerster gaf ze aan dat we ergens anders moesten gaan zitten.
De deur van de kamer kon niet op slot. Hierdoor waren de honden ontsnapt en rende ineens door de ontbijt zaal.
