Camera si, bagno c è qualcosa da migliorare. Punto strategico , vicinissimo alla stazione. Comunque rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

Buena experiencia en Hotel Roxena
Pros:

La amabilidad del señor que nos dio la bienvenida. Nos cambió de habitación a una más grande con baño privado sin cargo extra.

Cons:

Ascensor angosto para subir. Los canales de televisión son muy limitados.

Localização excelente a 100m da estação Termini.

Cons:

Hotel muito velho. Acomodação com moveis antigos, cama de solteiro com madeiras embaixo para manter o colchão reto, portas com batentes gastos, pia do banheiro com cano emendado com fitas. O piso frio com trincos e lascado causava impressão de sujeira.
As fotos no booking mostravam uma realidade completamente diferente. Acredito que a coordenação do Booking deveria rever.
Não recomendo este hotel.

La posizione, davvero a 50 metri dalla stazione Termini

4 scalini nell'atrio, scomodi per chi ha problematiche come me; ascensore stretto, ho dovuto chiudere il deambulatore che è entrato pelo pelo; alla reception un signore che mostrava non conoscere le tutele per le persone con L.104/92 con accompagnatore, continuando a chiedere soldi per la tassa di soggiorno, per poi arrendersi quando ha capito che non era come diceva lui ...La camera sporca e con cattivissimo odore: subito contattato assistenza booking poiché non rispecchiava quanto scelto nella prenotazione. Pertanto procedevo a tornare alla reception, dove un altro signore asseriva che nella struttura non vi erano bagni con bidet né balconi; tempo 5 minuti e ci hanno fatto spostare nella camera con bidet e balcone, come da prenotazione. La sporcizia è indescrivibile, ogni oggetto è sporco, il wc nero, rubinetteria lercia, porta spazzolino sporco e bruciato al suo interno, televisore con due dita di polvere, maniglie del comodino luride, erba che cresce sul balcone e dai piani alti gettano di tutto. Ad un certo punto mi accorgo che l'ascensore è bloccato al 5 piano: chiedo educatamente al signore della reception di poter contattare qualcuno, mi risponde seccato che devo chiamare io la struttura ricettiva del 5 piano, perché lui fa il portiere e non si occupa di questo. I materassi non presentano coperture, ma solo il lenzuolo su cui appoggiarsi. Tutto vergognoso.

테르미니역 가성비 숙소는 여기 Roxena house
Pros:

24시간 안내데스크가 운영되고, 테르미니역 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어서 접근성이 너무 좋습니다. 신호등 한개만 건너면 바로 숙소 입니다. 그리고 주변에 식당들이 많아요. 테르미니역 안에도 쇼핑타운이 있고요. 전반적으로 가성비 있는 숙소 입니다. 그리고 1일단위로 방청소를 해주고 직원들은 항상 친절합니다^^ 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Cons:

사실 시설이 노후된건 사실이에요. 그렇지만 못쓸정도는 아니에요. 역 앞 번화가여서 조금 소음은 있지만 이 또한 매력이네요^^
