Pros:

Perfect location. Quiet. Staff are amazing. Kept our luggage and asked us to take showers before our late flight.

Brevissimo pernottamento, ideale se si deve trovare un alloggio per un riposo frugale

Mi è piaciuta la posizione perché a 20 metri da Stazione Termini, pulizia e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Letti recenti e materassi molto comodi. Ottimo prezzo.

Cons:

Il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare, problemi del bagno perché molto rumoroso, struttura molto attempata e una sera molto rumore nel cortile sottostante.

La ubicación, a 100 metros de la estación de Termini. El personal muy atento y amigable, nos ayudaron muchísimo y estaban siempre dispuestos.

Si buscas la opción más económica y cercana, y deseas una estancia para dormir y ducharte está bien.

Cons:

Se nota que es un edificio antiguo y necesita muchas reformas. Los baños tenían algunos problemas como los mandos del lavabo que estaban sueltos o el vater que no estaba anclado al suelo.

La limpieza, aunque nos pusieron toallas nuevas e hicieron las camas todos los días, no estaba demasiado bien.

Cons:

Det är gammalt byggnaden. Det luktar inte så bra särskilt på badrummet, saknades locket på badrums vasken, lite mörk, inte den bästa wifi knappt har ingen kopplingen, tv:n fjärrkontroll har inga batteri, gamla möbler, inte välstädat och man måste gå till baren för att äta frukost.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Best 1 star hotel ever! Let’s be honest, it’s of course a 1 star hotel, but it was clean, we weren’t bothered with other guests, as it might be a bit badly soundproofed in Italy, so this was a nice surprise! The entrance is about 50 meters from the escalators from the subway. But the best part was our host, he was so very kind and friendly, and very helpful! I would definitely come back, mainly because of the super kind host! Thank you so much.

Of course it’s going to be maybe not the best quality, but we were very happy.
