1.Staff(lady) where not helpful at all.
You can imagine reception talking to. Friend on phone ask me to wait maybe 20 min just tp open elevator for me since i forget my card

And she keep telling mewait insteat of helping me instantly and open elevatpr by card i cant believe how rude and sellferogant she was


They didnt clean room even though i have talked to. Them on reception after extending the stay i came back the suitr not cleaned
