Pros:

Gute gelegen am rand von Catania neben der U Bahn Station, vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat alles gut erklärt

Cons:

Er wolte fürs abstellen des Motorrades 10Euro haben mit der Begründug das koste in der Stadt auch soviel, dabei hat er Platz im Überfluss, besser wäre der Gratis Parkplatz als Argument wieder zu kommen.

Skvela lokalita, ustretovy a priatelsky majitel. Malicka izba, ale zahrnala vsetko potrebne.

Cons:

Na ranajky sa bolo treba prejst peso asi 5min, ale vyborne domace pecivo.

Giuseppe ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber!
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche in Catania verbracht und hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Die Küche wurde gemeinsam genutzt, war aber sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem, da sich die Metro- bzw. U-Bahn-Station sowie eine Bushaltestelle direkt in der Nähe befinden. Man kommt also schnell und unkompliziert in die Stadt.

Klasa średnia apartamentu potworne zimno.
Pros:

Bardzo czysty nowy apartament z 4 pokojami. Ja miałem do dyspozycji pokój 2 w miarę nowe meble. Łazienka czysta w pokoju. Kuchnia duża z dużą patelnią , garnek duży i mniejszy talerze płytkie , głębokie , deserowe dla 6 osób.Podobnie kubki na herbatę i szklanki na wodę. Ekspres do kawy z zapasem cukru , słodzika i kapsułek z kawa w ilości wystarczającej. Sztućce i inne przyboru kuchenne w wystarczającej ilości nawet był korkociąg. Duży zapas ścierk i serwetek.

Cons:

W apartamencie jest potworne zimno. Ogrzewanie klimatyzacją nic nie daje jak są nieszczelne okna.Brak ogrzewania w łazience pokoju nr.2.Pokój mało funkcjonalny , brak od strony okna półki przy łóżku na prasę , szklankę , leki ...
Brak bezpośredniego kontaktu z gospodarzem. Koleżanka Liza wpadła nakrzyczała , rzuciła klucze na stół i poszła. Od gospodarza otrzymywałem tylko smsesy na łotsapa w ilości około 40 lub 50. Inwigilacja sąsiedzka od pierwszego dnia donoszenie gospodarzowi , że wychodząc do samochodu nie zamknąłem drzwi na klucz tylko trzasnąłem.Drzwi z gałka nie klamką.

Appartamento moderno, molto bello esteticamente e pulito in modo impeccabile.

Cons:

L’alloggio si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore (informazione indicata nell’annuncio).
L’aspetto più negativo è stata la gestione dell’host, risultata eccessivamente insistente e incentrata esclusivamente su questioni economiche. Ho ricevuto telefonate e messaggi, anche in orari poco appropriati, per parcheggio e tassa di soggiorno, con continui dubbi sui pagamenti effettuati. Mi è stato inoltre richiesto di inviare un video come prova dell’inserimento dei 10 € del parcheggio in un cassetta, cosa che ho trovato inappropriata e invasiva. Questo comportamento mi ha fatto sentire fortemente sotto pressione, compromettendo il comfort del soggiorno.
Inoltre, durante il soggiorno l’acqua della doccia risultava fredda, rendendo la doccia poco confortevole.

Pros:

Finalmente una camera e una cucina nuova e sopratutto pulita ,dopo tante brutte esperienze
È poi a 2 passi dalla metro ottima per spostarsi a basso costo, ed il proprietario gentilissimo mi ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per la mia vacanza
