The location is good for a variety of local restaurants to experience authentic Vietnamese food.
Pros:

Room is good value for money and private in a secure location. The lady running the hotel was very helpful assisting to purchase beverages and how to exit and enter the building after hours.

Nice but can improve.
Pros:

Nice position, a lot of street food and restaurants in the area. The room was quite, spacious and clean. Big and nice bathroom. The owner can provide you with a motorbike by a friend of her with proper contract. You have to leave 1M VND as deposit and your passport. Costs 165 kVnd / Day. Also she was kind by borrowing iPhone charger that we lost.

Cons:

Owner asked for 200kVnd Extra for early check in but didn't mention it in the message we exchanged in advance. I paid 100kVnd extra after bergain. Doesn't speak English and is very slow using Google translate.

Horrible experience with the room and the owner. Worst experience ever in my entire liìe!
Pros:

I came because of the rating I saw online but the rating was fake.

Cons:

Everything in the room was bad. It’s like a whore house. The linen was unwashed. It’s filthy. Rooms were rent out for young kids who came for a couple hours for love then left. Room smells really bad. There wasn’t toilet paper, no towel. Wall was cracking and dirty from years without any maintenance. Curtain was dirty and smelly. Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable and filthy. I left there after 2 hours staying.

The owner was the worst! She doesn’t have any customer service in mind. She took my suitcase away and locked it in a room while I tried to process a payment.

No towels provided and no toilet paper. When I arrived there was dirt and dust all over the room. I told the owner and she told me they don't clean the rooms at all unless you stay longer than 2 weeks. But it was already dirty from the previous guest(s)! Very gross. There were piles of hair (all different colors) all over the floor and in the bathroom. Very poorly maintained and like staying in a petri dish. Definitely can't recommend this place.

Pros:

Only have one good is the place near the street

Cons:

If you stay long they gonna double charge you, the room have mold cover by the wallpaper, the air conditioner not enough cold.
If you ask them to clean the room they only take the trash and wipe the floor, even already wipe still have hair left behind.
They will come in and out your room without your permission just to turn off the toilet light and put the air conditioner in lower degree. I know why they come out and in without my permission because every time I go out I double lock it but when I comeback the door only lock 1 times
