Cons:

I booked a room at this hotel, received confirmation, and the day I arrived at the hotel, they told me they made a mistake and I don't have a room because someone had already entered my room. They didn't help me at all, they didn't apologize, I stayed outside the hotel for an hour and a half while I looked for another hotel. Shocking service, this has never happened to me in my life!! I do not recommend this hotel because if this is how they treat customers who have purchased from them, I do not want any service from them at all.

Pros:

The location is nice, staff is helpful and there was always someone present.

Cons:

We booked this hotel because they offer hotel parking and we had a rented car with us. Thankfully we only used it one time during our stay since we found out that it’s actually a public parking for all residents. At one point a very angry man tried to run me over with his car when I was saving the only free spot for my boyfriend to park. We had to spend 40 minutes arguing with the resident - bless him, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, just because this hotel lies about parking. Just say the truth that the parking is not promised and it’s public

I absolutely loved my stay at Marita Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely home‑like. The staff members were wonderful — kind, sincere, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made my time in Tbilisi even more special.

The location was perfect, the rooms were spotless, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the authentic Georgian hospitality that Marita Hotel embodies so beautifully.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Marita Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Pros:

We have been in this hotel several times. The beds and the pillows are so comftable. We had best sleep in this hotel! The location is good. Everything is close by. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Will recommend this hotel! Thank you for everything and we will be defenetly back next year!

Great location, good value for money

Buena ubicación y habitación grande
Pros:

La ubicación me resultó buena para poder visitar la mayoría de sitios turísticos caminando. La habitación que tuve era muy amplía, el baño moderno y la cama grande y cómoda. Los empleados cuando necesité cosas fueron amables.

Cons:

Encontré pequeños detalles que deberían ajustar para que todo fuera perfecto. Las dos veces que me alojé tuve que pedir una toalla grande a los empleados porque en un principio solo me habían puesto la toalla de manos. Una de las veces que me alojé me habían dejado zapatillas de cortesía la otra vez en cambio no. Tampoco limpiaron la habitación mientras me alojé allí, no sé si es lo normal o si hubo algún malentendido. Y en la zona común de la cocina encontré bastante desorden cuando me fui a preparar un té o café.

Perfect location in Old Tbilisi, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

A wonderful place in the perfect location, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Cons:

Because of the city centre it is noisy up to midnight, 1am. Keep earplugs with you

Pros:

スタッフのニノさんがとても親切にしてくださいました！
あとは広めのお部屋が本当に広くてストレスがなかったです。調整は難しいですが、シャワーの水圧が人生で経験した中で一番強かったです笑　海外では水圧が弱いことが多々あるので嬉しかったです。お部屋もとてもインテリアがかわいいです！

Cons:

広いお部屋にゴミ箱と、もう一つテーブルか何かがあると物が置きやすいかなと思います。そしてタオルがもう少し白くて綺麗だといいなぁとは思います。ただこの国の大多数が同じなので仕方ないと思っています。

Great location, close to the city centre and only about a 10-minute walk to the metro. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great place to stay.The internet connection was very slow and unreliable in the evenings.
