Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to the famous sights in the Old Town, with a bus stop nearby. As soon as we arrived, we were met at the door by a member of the reception staff, who warmly welcomed us with a glass of red wine and a cup of coffee. The bathroom facilities were a bit unusual, though, and the receptionist kindly showed us how to use them. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

However, there are quite a few bars right outside the hotel, and there can be a few drunken revellers about in the evenings.

Comfortable and Peaceful Stay.
Pros:

Property is situated in the heart of the tourist area of Tbilisi and yet it is a very peaceful and quiet place. Many major attractions and restaurants are at a walking distance. The room itself was quite big and comfortable. Well-lit with three big windows :-). Checking in and out was a breeze, I loved the fact that I got a parking space as promised, a big relief in such a crowded area.
Loved the bed, and the pillows were very soft, which I usually prefer, plus we had the option of the firmer ones as well.
The owners/managers were very courteous, helpful and attentive. There's no kettle in the rooms but we were relieved to see a whole stack of coffee and tea options along with water kettle and coffee machine right behind our room with unlimited supplies.
As I mentioned there are lots of options for dining out nearby, plus there are number of grocery stores and souvenir shops as well.
Thank you Marita Hotel. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay :-).

Pros:

Прекрасная локация, круглосуточный ресепшн, гостеприимные и вежливые сотрудники, нас заселили ночью и при отъезде любезно разрешили оставить вещи после чек-аута, угостили маффинами
Удивительно мощный напор воды в санузле
Чистые номера (мы брали два), тихо, хорошо, красиво
Есть дворик, можно таи попить кофе или вина вечером

Pros:

Расположение в самом сердце старого города. Хороший чистый номер. Отзывчивый персонал. Один момент, окна выходят на площадь, где располагаются несколько ресторанов и британский паб. Может быть шумно! :) Мне не мешало, но кому-то может быть не очень комфортно

Pros:

위치는 도심의 남쪽에 있는 구도심에 있다.
택시로 공항서 가는데 기사가 좁은 길을 한참 지나서 겨우 도착했다. 여기는 워낙 집들이 붙어 있고 길이 경사가 져서 기사들도 헷갈린듯하다.
하지만 안에 들어가면 큰 방에 큰 침대가 있고 인테리어도 세련됬다.
직원이 영어도기본적으로는 하고 도움을 주려했고 친절했다.
수압도 세고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔다.
위치는 좀 남쪽이라 북쪽에 신도심쪽으론 걸어가기 좀 멀고 차로 가야했지만 주위에 편의시설들은 많다.
위치는 소소인데 그 외에것들은 나쁘지않았다.
좀 걸어나오면 괜찮은 환전상과 투어대리점이 많아서 여행짜는것도 쉬워보였다.

По местным меркам неплохой вариант в центре старого города
Pros:

Хороший большой уютный номер, отличный напор в душе, нормальный, стабильный WiFi. Замечательное местоположение.

Cons:

Кондиционер вроде работает, но совершенно не охлаждает (как будто, нужно заправить фреоном). Неудобный кран в раковине - очень короткий, руки еле засунешь. У нас висела табличка "Do not disturb", но все равно зашли и убрались в наше отсутствие. К уборке вопросов нет, только не досчиталась одного пакета, который лежал на полу, сушился. Смысл тогда в этой табличке? Мы не хотели, чтобы у нас убирались в этот день, потому и повесили

Pleasant stay Friendly staff Location EXCELLENT Good value for money.
Pros:

No breakfast in plan. Loved the coffee, biscuits and fruit and availability of kitchen.

Cons:

The shower was tricky to use. Room ok for one person but will be crowded for two people. Sometimes street outside can be noisy but its ok when you close the window.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, Чистый красивый номер, есть мини холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор, отличный душ. Есть общая кухня с чаем и кофе, плитой и общим большим холодильником.

Cons:

В номере у кухни очень слышно все разговоры и шум от соседей, которые есть на кухне.
И если вызывать такси к отелю, лучше выбирать бар рядом, потому что точка у отеля стоит с другой стороны улицы. Таксисты не сразу находят и уезжают.
