Hassilabiad Appart Hotel

The Hassilabiad was in a great location for doing dessert tours etc. Our room was very large, comfortable and clean. It had seating, beds, a separate shower room and separate toilet too plus air conditioning and a fridge freezer. It overlooked lovely gardens with seating and tables. There was a good swimming pool with comfortable sunloungers plus tables and seating. There was also a roof terrace with tables and seating that had excellent views.
Breakfast very good, plentiful and good variety. Dinner menu had various options and the food was good. Plus the staff modified slightly to our request due to certain dietry requirements. The hotel booked a Jeep tour for us and the price was reasonable. The vehicle was very good and comfortable compared to what we had on a jeep desert safari in another country. The guide/driver Hussain was excellent and couldn't have been nicer. He made the trip very interesting and educational at the same time as being fun. All the staff at Hassilabiad were excellent and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home. Like we were friends not just customers. If we return to the area again we will stay with them again.

Perfect Hotel for a trip to the sahara. The dunes are in walkable distance and the apartments had a lot of space and everything you need. It was also very clean. The staff was extremly friendly and helped with organizing tours. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Dinner was also very tasty. We would definitely book again!

The apartment was very comfortable with a nice king bed on the main floor and bath with the 3 single bed bedroom, bath and terrace on the second floor. The food was amazing and we hardly used our own kitchen. We liked the friendliness of everyone which made us feel like we were with friends. We walked 10 minutes across the street, then a few blocks, the palmerie and we were on the dunes - very easy to get to for sunrise, sunset and stargazing. Jeep tour they arranged was good to see more off road sights and learn about the area.

Wyjątkowy apartament w Merzouga - bardzo czysty, przestronny, z klimatem. Byliśmy rodziną: 2+3 - idealny wybór, na dole salon z kuchnią i oddzielnie duża komfortowa sypialnia, na górze sypialnia dla dzieci. Bardzo udany pobyt. Szczerze polecam.

We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised when the manager met us in the parking lot to personally greet us and help us settle in. He was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and assisting us whenever needed.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very welcoming and enjoyable experience — we would happily recommend this hotel.

Everything. The room is spacious, hot water in the bathroom and in the kitchen. We can cook and wash our clothes because it provides complete kitchen utensils and washing machine. Breakfast is abundant and Hasan helped us negotiate good price to rent the quads from next door's rental company. Strongly recommended! We shall return some day.

Assou was very good host. The breakfast was the BEST that we had during the whole trip! Dinner was also excellent. Good space with two floors and good facilities.

Sehr schöne Anlage, geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Auch der vom Hotel organisierte Trip mit 4x4 in die Wüste war ein echtes Highlight. Alles perfekt!

Everything was fantastic ! The service is exceptional. I cannot find a negative point. The food in the restaurant was great and the room was also very clean and comfortable.

Große Zimmer auf 2 Etagen, beide jeweils mit Klimaanlage und Bad. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Man sieht, dass man sich ordentlich Mühe gegeben hat: so war z.B. nicht nur (die beschriebene) Waschmaschine, sondern auch ein Flüssigwaschtitel vorhanden. Auch organisatorische Hilfe war da. Zwar ist es in der Region sowieso üblich, aber trotzdem war es schön einfach, direkt über Hotelmitarbeiter eine Kamelreise o.Ä. zu organisieren.

Everything was perfect. The location gives you the opportunity to walk straight to the beautiful dunes via a short path through a palm forest, less than 10 minutes. Dinner was good, breakfast was outstanding. People at the hotel are very polite and nice. I am very glad that we stayed there. The dunes nearby offer one of the best area of the desert for admiration.

L’appartement était spacieux, joli et confortable, une salle de bain à chaque étage. Activités 4x4, promenade en dromadaire et quad au coucher de soleil réservées par l’hôtel à notre demande étaient top !
Merci à Hassan pour la soirée au camp dans le desert, on a bien ri et on a même pu voir les étoiles. Quand je reviendrai à Merzouga ce sera dans cet hotel. Merci à tous pour ce super séjour !

This review comes from what most would classify as a professional traveler. I stay 250 nights a year in hotels around the world and have spent over 1500 nights at Marriott alone. This property is one of my favorite places. The hospitality is overwhelming. The colors are vibrant. The smells are wonderful. The room oozes with personality. The rooms were very large, and clean. Nice large shower. Super great air-conditioning. The staff is amazing and wonderful. Thanks to Hassian, he even let me use their washer and dryer. if you ask he will know you read this review!!!!!
