Pros:

Rooms were always clean everyday, especially the cleaner Batur he was very helpful, the service provided by the reception staff was fantastic and very helpful from the start of our stay till the end. We took our stay with breakfast which was reasonable, same menu everyday.

Cons:

Breakfast menu could do with a different variety, everyday is the same.Mattress were not comfortable had massive dips and out of shape. The lighting in the room was dim could have done with more lights in the room.

Disappointed
Cons:

The customer service was so bad the one was in the reception was so rude and he don’t speak any other languages than Turkish . I will never stay in this hotel again. The The breakfast was just one boiled eggs cup of tea and toast .

Ayhan is the best part of staying at The regard
Pros:

We enjoyed staying at the Regard hotel because of the lovely staff. Specifically because of Ayhan who made our stay so much enjoyable.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception, especially Mr. Ismail, was incredibly kind, respectful, and always ready to help. He speaks Arabic fluently, which made communication so easy. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located — all services are nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away. It’s an excellent place to stay, and I highly recommend it!
