Disappointing!
Pros:

Staff receptionist were good and the location was amazing

Cons:

The rooms were very small, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and the housekeeping service was disappointing. My family was placed in two separate rooms, which made me worried all the time about my children staying in the next room.

The lighting was dim, and the fridge was not working. We asked for it to be fixed, but the problem was not resolved.

Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay, and I will never come back.

The hotel is ideally suited for business travelers thanks to its convenient location near the Istanbul Congress Center,
Pros:

Great location close to the Istanbul Congress Center, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable, clean room.

Cons:

The gym and spa were not operating during my stay. Breakfast was only served from 7:40 a.m., which meant I couldn’t have breakfast before the conference events on several days. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and below expectations.

Good if you are looking for something in good location and you carry your own iron.
Pros:

The hotel, and room looked nice. I got upgrade for bigger room. Very good location close to metro station. Very nice stuff working there.

Cons:

- No iron in 4 star hotel,
- Duvet cover especially pillow covers worn-out covered in fuzz balls,
- there was no toilet paper in my room, had to call reception twice in order to get it,
- breakfast could be better, old coffee machine, limited selection of products.

Not worth the money for a one-night stay
Pros:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of my stay

Cons:

The room was not clean, the staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the bed was uncomfortable. The price was far too high considering the cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of the hotel
