Pros:

Hotel food was overpriced and not very good also very tough to communicate with staff as nobody really spoken English and all so I had to use my phone to translate

Cons:

The fact that this hotel is a not located in a very good location and be the fact that they asked for deposits that were nowhere in the contract and I had to leave my passport with them was unusual since I have been traveling to San Jose to Cabo at least six times a year. And the fact that the staff had very poor communication with its English speaking predominantly residents shows a lack of wanting to satisfy their main base of customers

It was okay for a night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer or with kids.
Pros:

Very large room and a decent price.

Cons:

Could hear noise easily from outside and neighboring rooms. There was no hot water in the shower or the two sinks. Kitchen-ware is very minimal (didn't use it, but couldn't really do much in the kitchen had I wanted to cook). The toilet didn't properly flush. Neighborhood isn't that nice.

I had a nice enough stay.
Pros:

The gals working in the office and restaurant are very nice and we enjoyed a lot of laughing with each other. They told me about a nice restaurant to visit but it was closed on the day ...Wednesday... I went there. It was only a block away and I walked to it. It was fine as I ended up at a nice Mandarin Chinese restaurant 2 blocks in the opposite direction. Very good food and huge portion for 180 pesos. The China Combination is what I had. The King size bed was awesome! Big and comfortable! The shower was nice and large but could use a different shower head. It was a good size room.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise outside as it felt like somebody was trying to drill through the outside wall quite a few times. It was probably only on that one day as someone may have been doing repair work. The 3 or 4 dogs living across the street did not help much either but at least they only barked sporadically. On the Booking.com site it says there is a 100 peso deposit in cash. It turned out to be 500 pesos but I happened to have enough pesos to pay it.

Great stay in a fun community in the Los Cabos area
Pros:

The property was so clean and the rooms were so comfortable. Also the staff was fantastic. The food was also delicious.

Pros:

The staff was so helpful and friendly! Although I didn’t speak much English they were still able to assist! Not far from the airport and their food was amazing! Thank you Ladies!

A lot of noise from cars driving outside, but it wasn’t unbearable!
