Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower area. The room had a terrible smell like dust, and as soon as my sister entered, she had an allergic reaction. After coming back from a short trip in Istanbul and entering the room again, she had another reaction.

The room was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The bedsheets were very dirty, with visible stains on the blanket. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. Also, there was no phone in the room to call for any service.

Passable but wouldn’t stay here again

Front reception lady we met on first day was nice.
Wifi
Lift is quick and never busy

Cons:

Breakfast does not match the picture on booking.com, for example no croissants and no fruit at all.

The room we paid for was advertised as a triple room with 3 single beds however this was very small and only suitable for 1 bed.
