Pros:

Schattig boutique hotel. Kamers zijn prima en hebben een fijne douche, bed en airco. Ligging is heel rustig.

Cons:

Het personeel spreekt gebrekkig Engels (op een enkeling na). Er loopt veel personeel rond, maar er is weinig service in het hotel (vraag je bijv. om een taxi naar het vliegveld, dan krijg je een nummer. Ze boeken dan geen taxi voor je). Verder is het rondom het hotel een grote bouwplaats. Hier heb je qua geluid geen last van, maar zorgt ervoor dat de weg naar het hotel niet makkelijk toegankelijk is. Verder lopen er hier heel veel honden en apen, waardoor lopen hier wordt afgeraden.

War ganz okay.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht.
Mittlerweile gibt es auch Frühstück.
Man kann vor Ort direkt nen Roller leihen für 70.000 pro Tag. Das ist sehr fair.

Cons:

Der Pool wurde gewartet und wir konnten ihn 3 Tage nicht benutzen.
Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist eine einzige Baustelle.
Die Unterkunft ist im Aufbau und vieles scheint noch ziemlich unorganisiert.

We had such a beautiful stay at Palmhouse Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Everyone is so kind, the boys always friendly and helpful, and the ladies truly sweet and caring.

A very special thank you goes to Pandre. He was always there for us whenever we had a question or needed something, and he made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. He really made a big difference in our time in Lombok. Ary also deserves a big mention, he was wonderful too and made us laugh a lot.

Together with the whole team, they created such a warm and caring atmosphere that we’ll never forget. We’d love to come back again!

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Palm House Boutique Hotel. We would especially like to highlight Panri, who helped us at all times with advice, recommendations, and everything we needed to know about the place – he truly made the difference! The rest of the staff were also very kind and attentive, always ready to help.

The rooms are simple but cozy, and the garden is really beautiful and a great spot to relax. It’s clear they are still working on adding more details to the hotel, but the warmth of the people already makes the experience very special.

Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

- Lage super, außerhalb vom Trubel
- schöne Anlage
- Personal freundlich

Cons:

- eine Stunde früherer Check in war nicht möglich, obwohl das Zimmer leer stand und bereits gereinigt war.
- das Wasser in der Dusche war bei vier Übernachtungen nur zweimal für 5 Minuten heiß. Das Personal versuchte es immer wieder zu reparieren. Dies gelang nicht und so wurde es auch nicht weiterverfolgt.
- Zum Schluss wurde noch mit uns diskutiert, dass wir den gemieteten Roller zu lange hatten. Wir sollten noch weitere Tage zahlen, obwohl wir den Roller von Check in bis Check out gemietet hatten.
