Curățenia lasă de dorit, gunoiul din cameră s- a ridicat o singură dată, prosoapele nu s- au schimbat deloc!!
Slabă organizare!!
Dacă mergi la all inclusive, nu te gândești la mancare ci mai degrabă la confort, însă aici nu- l găsești!

Pros:

Много добро хотелче,. От кухнята останах най-доволен. Храната е разнообразна. Има винаги няколко вида месо и различна риба, както и различни десертчета и плодове. Тараторчето е топ. Персонала беше любезен. Бармана от лоби бара е топа на хотела. В момента, в който научи какво пия и ме види че идвам, направо започва да го приготвя и като дойда и направо връчва. Такова нещо не съм виждал и в 5 звездни хотели. Отделно безплатното ползване на ескалатора за плажа и това че е в гориста местност, при положение че съм на морето, прави мястото още по-страхотно. Заради многото негативни коментари бях приготвен да видя нещо много по-лошо като КООП в Китен, но всъщност почти всичко беше идеално.

Cons:

За 5 дена, чак на четвъртия някой се сети да провери и да изхвърли боклука от тоалетната. Бях решил да го разхвърлям по коридора. Не съм дребнав и не желая оправяне на леглото всеки ден, но мисля че една метла и изхвърляне на боклука би било нещо нормално. Отделно хотела се стопанисва донякъде като къща за гости, а не като хотел. Ол инклюзива включва закуска, обяд и вечеря плюс алкохол. Няма следобедни закуски, сладоледи или други глезотийки, които по принцип трябва да присъстват за такова нещо. Машинаите за сок и кафе може да работят, може и да не работят. Лоби бара явно има почивка в понеделник, за това пък работи снек бара до малко по-късно, но това няма кой да го каже. От всичко изброено, единствено почистването е в много лошо състояние. Всичко останало са просто впечатления, на които е добре да се обърне внимание.

Pros:

Цената е задоволителна за предлаганите условия, храната беше сносна. Хубавото е, че има ескалатор, който отвежда долу на пътя близо до плажа.

Cons:

Пода не беше почистен, в мивката имаше пясък, водата в банята не се оттичаше, матраците бяха доста твърди, стаята беше тясна.

Slab de tot. Nu recomandăm.

În afară de locație (care nu ar fi meritul lor), nimic.
Mâncarea gustoasă, dar slab variată.

Cons:

Am fost cazați 5 nopți.
1. În cameră era mizerie, pânze de păianjen, AC-ul nu funcționa, scaune nu erau deloc, gresia spartă pe alocuri.
2. În baie erau urme de zugrăveala peste tot, oglindă, polițe, wc..toate pline de var. Prosoapele si lenjeria nu s-au schimbat deloc pe tot parcursul sejurul, hârtie igienică am cerut noi ca sa ni se dea 1rolă. Curățenie însemna doar luatul gunoiului.
3. In primele 2 zile au fost cazate câteva grupuri de copii fotbaliști, 12-15 ani, deci, urlete, zbierete, inclusiv noaptea târziu, haos total. Noi venisem pentru liniște, relaxare. După plecarea lor a fost ok.
4. Personalul...🤦🤦🤦..vai de capul lor, foarte slab pregătit. Cei de la recepție rupeau un pic engleză, restul nu știau deloc. Toți se uitau la noi de parcă îi deranja prezența noastră acolo.
5. Lobby barul a fost deschis doar 2 zile din 5, cu toate ca era allinclusiv. Gustări între mese nu s-au servit deloc. Noi nu am avut nevoie, dar e regula pentru servicii de allinclusiv. Cafea era doar ness iar in primele două zile ni s-a spus "nema cafe"..
O serveam pe plajă contra cost.
Slab de tot. Nu mai revenim. Nu recomandăm nici măcar celor mai puțin pretențioși.
