Cons:

The staff was lacking of product knowledge. They staff have no knowledge about what’s in the room and what’s not. No aircond remote provide I had to walk back and forth to the reception and room to ask for missing items because the phone wasn’t working.I booked 2 rooms the basic things such as cups wasn’t there when asked for pillow they give it without the pillow case. The towels were old and looked used. The room was unhygienic. I do understand that this is a 2 star hotel but I’ve been to few 2 star hotels they did much better than this. The staff were rude. When we asked room TV remote they said don’t have. The tap at the bathroom was leaking. Please do better next time.

A cheap hotel in cheap neighborhood, poorly maintained.
Cons:

Scruffy room, broken shower rail, broken aircon that only just worked, window that wouldn't close, curtain hanging off, no tea or coffee until requested.

Pros:

Location was good, easy to reach restaurants and shopping

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare. Rooms were not well managed.
