Good, but not great.
Pros:

Easy checkin experience. Front desk staff was great! Nice, big spacious accommodations. Grocery stores were just minutes away by a foot. Definitely a safe neighborhood. Good appliances.

Cons:

The unit itself is showing its age… nothing egregious, just wear and tear. Not quite as sparkling new as the online photographs. Kitchen supplies were anemic with no cutting board, no toaster, only one wine glass, dull knives. It wouldn’t take much just $50 and somebody who actually cooks to resupply the kitchen. There is only one dryer for the entire building.

Schöner Ort, allerdings mit kleinen Verbesserungen..
Pros:

Super angebunden, gute Ausstattung, neu renoviert. Bett super Bequem, schöne Küche und sehr stabiles Internet zum arbeiten greignet.

Cons:

Leider kein regelmäßiger Reinigungsservice - aber auch kein Besen etc zur Hand. Wenn derzeit weniger Reinigungskräfte eingesetzt werden, sollten Mittel zur Verfügung stehen das Apartment wenigsten zu kehren bzw trotzdem Handtücher zum Tausch angeboten werden.

Die Vorhänge waren alt. Fenster können nicht schalldicht geschlossen werden.

Pros:

The building, appartments, surroundings, all welcoming, the host is very friendly and responsive, the facility is nice and large, luggage can be stored after check out, for late flights, arrival is easy from the airport, and to the city center it is simple to arrive.

Cons:

The apparentment is quiet, however, the soundproof between the inside rooms is basic, not a big issue for a family or friends.

Pros:

Gostámos muito de tudo, não é a primeira vez que ficamos aqui. Excelente localização, tudo a pé — lojas, museus, metro — e há onde deixar o carro.

Cons:

Seria ótimo atualizar um pouco os utensílios de cozinha e adicionar alguns pratos.
