Pros:

Незабываемый идеальный отель! Нам сделали апгрейд номера - от вида дух захватывало) все очень красиво сделано - от номера до СПА, ресторанов и всех общественных мест, с душой, с заботой к природе и людям, которые здесь отдыхают.
Из практических моментов: в отеле организуют трансфер от/до Мерано , если вы путешествуете не на машине, также есть трансфер на Фальцебен - для катания или прогулок, есть винная дегустация и многое другое, еда в ресторанах вкусная (во всех побывать не успели), днем - tea time с десертами, завтраки отличные. В отеле два подогреваемых бассейна и бесконечное число зон для отдыха и наслаждения этим местом.
Отдельно хотелось бы выделить людей, которые здесь работают - огромное спасибо за те эмоции, что мы получили. Особенно нам, как русскоговорящим туристам, было ооочень приятно общаться с Кириллом) он сделал наш отпуск еще душевней

服务非常好。特别Osteria Montana 餐厅，也是早餐餐厅，那位有点年纪的大叔，是我意大利之行遇到最最最nice的服务人员，非常耐心。一些贵得多的多的餐厅，都没这么耐心细致，经常因为亚洲游客英语一般就懒得多交流了。代泊车的小哥也非常热情。总之这家酒店的服务真的令人印象深刻
