Nice hotel with comfortable room and bed. Was a short walk to the centre. Only stayed one night.
I found the lighting a bit dim.
They accept pets
This is our second time staying here and it was bad the first time but we thought we would give it another chance. The hotel is poorly build. Cheap everything. Bad design. Bathroom door doesn't open all the way. The showers leak. The cable didn't work and the staff just said "sorry that's how it is." The internet does not work and wifi is a necessity in San Cristobal because the cell service is very slow and sometime none existant. Yes it's cheap but not cheap enough for bad state of the hotel.
Close to all the action . Had an authentic rustic feel .
Everything was ok. Location is good. It is a nice hotel. You can go to downtown with no problem. You can visit beatiful places around. You can get really nice a cheap restaurants.
It was cheap and the staff were very friendly.
The shower leaked and flooded our room, the wifi didn't reach our room and the curtains were too thin and not wide enough to properly cover the window. One window had no curtain.

The gentleman working at the front was so nice. He would help us with anything we needed and I would definitely recommend staying at this place
