They told us we have free free transfer from Istanbul air port , but we were waiting for one hour but no one came and answered , they only sent us the taxi was arrived.

Nice qnd helpful staff at the reception.
The kitchen is fully equipped you can prepare your meals . I like that you have washing machine and drying rack that dries your clothes very fast. The view is magnificient location is very good . The compound has alot of resturants and markets.

Cons:

Add a liitle toys at the kids play room.

Incredible stay, very clean and very friendly staff.
Pros:

The entire experience was 10/10. Super clean, incredible views, spacious apartment, great value for money and amazing staff.

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location and very supportive staff.
Pros:

I really liked the family-friendly apartment setting. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants, and shops. I also have to mention the helpful staff, especially Cadir, who was always happy to help, accommodate our special requests, and support us with different arrangements despite our chaotic schedule. Overall recommended!

Cons:

For cooking at home, some basic kitchen amenities are available, but a few essentials such as a peeler are missing. The quality of the pots and pans could also be improved, as food tended to stick very easily.
