Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel is an excellent choice for all types of travelers, especially families. My 20-year-old son also really enjoyed our stay.
After my surgery, I needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Moving around the hotel is easy and convenient.
I was pleasantly upgraded to a premium room, which I truly appreciated. The room, view, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient, with many shops nearby.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Sebnem Tanritani, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness and care.

Special thanks to Ayu, Widi, Surya, and Ms. Sebnem Tanritani for their kindness and care — their support made my stay truly comfortable.
