Overall, when looking from outside - it has a positive vibe. There is a small gym and kids play area (both indoor) - both good to have. The breakfast is very minimalist - but quite fresh. I booked a standard one-bedroom residence - it is very practical and well designed. The housekeeping does the work daily. The location is good if you have some things to do in the Maslak/1453 area - otherwise see what I did not like.
The first impression was during the check in. I was assigned the type of the room that I had booked for and I stayed in the assigned room for the entire stay and I accepted that. However, during the check-in I was told, they would have upgraded me to another room if there was availability. I checked the availability - there were couple of rooms available.
If you book this hotel because of the forest view - make sure you book the right room in order not to get the first disappointment when you room oversees beton walls.
The swimming pool exists but is of no use. It is all shadow as of 11:40AM - and will be very cold. There is a mention of kids pool, but they placed a jacuzzi type of bath adjacent main pool and is filled with cold water.
Breakfast is fresh - but there is no variety.
The residence is located in Maslak 1453 site which is a very modern area and although it is 2.5kms away from the nearest metro station - it is almost impossible to walk due to the setup of the area (not buggy friendly, etc.). Consider $5 one way to the metro station by taxi.
Last, make sure you book partially refundable or refundable. In the mid of my stay I requested to check out earlier and move to another hotel but due to the terms of my booking they did not agree to refund for the remaining days - therefore, I had to stay.

We had a short stay as a family, experience was above expectations. I would like to deliver my thanks especially to Arda who was working with grateful manner, Kerim and Ferhat excellent concierge service with real smiling faces, Kadir and Cemre exceptional welcoming attitude. Beyond those I appreciate whole staff made this stay worth.
Fräscht boende i ett nybyggt område. Trevlig personal i receptionen och en fantastisk frukost ansvarig (Hür) person som alltid var lika trevlig och service minded.

Maar ik vond dat het niet nodig was.
Om de 2 dagen was ook goed.
Ze vragen een waarborg van 200 euro terwijl op de site 100 staat.
