Nel complesso siamo stati bene ma tante cose da migliorare secondo il mio punto di vista
Pros:

Pulizia della camera, posizione e gentilezza del cameriere in sala. Buona la cucina ma menu troppo limitato,(due primi e due secondi a scelta con unico dessert). Molto bella la spa.

Cons:

Camera pulita ma molto basica, vista deludente sul retro dell albergo, materasso vecchio e affossato, cuscino scomodo,phone vecchio e mal funzionante, assenza di frigo bar e colazione troppo scarsa. Non mi era mai successo di non trovare delle brioche in buffet colazione. Capisco che era l ultimo giorno di apertura ma 240€ li abbiamo comunque pagati per un giorno e qui di mi aspettavo un buffet più ricco da quello che avevo letto sulle recensioni.

Pros:

the hotel is very cosy, pretty good cuisine, pools with the luxurious view, good spa, comfortable beds, the chairlift is just next to the hotel ski room.

Cons:

the hotel is a bit apart from the town. in summer you can walk to the center, but in winter there's no path. so if you wish to have dinner outside the hotel, for example, the only way is to drive or take taxi (they charge 25-30 euro for this 5-minute trip:))
to my mind breakfasts are a little poor for the hotel of this level.
as for the room facilities, a fridge would be good

The Best hotel in my opinion near Corvara. The spa is just amazing, the food excelent and tasty, dinner if you get GO hungry to could eat everything and taste all the meniu. Personal very kindly and helpfully, Nelli is very warm and friendly personal, she will help you with everything problem you get. The Dining room is just renovated, and it looks fantastic. Everywhere you stay, you have an amazing view to the Mountains! If the road is closed because of bicycle tours, near hotel is the teleski Pralongia with this you could go up and have an amazing panoráma view tó all the Dolomites Mountains and make a hike 2-3 hours around and get back to the hotel by your feet. We have no words, 100% we will come back in the Winter period to ski. Thx for everything 💙

Pros:

Everything was just perfect! Everyone was super nice and helpful. We absolutely loved the breakfast, so many options and so tasty! The room was bigger than I expexted and bathroom vas really clean and nice. The wellness was just amazing, three saunas, swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi and I have to mention the best lemonade. We are definitely coming back!

Cons:

I missed some sheets or extra towels specifically for sauna as I am not comfortable being naked. But I am sure I would get some if I would request them, but I only realized once I was there so didn't feel like going to the reception.
