El personal muy amable pedimos un cambio de habitación para poder estar todo el grupo de amigos juntos y el muchacho muy amable nos dijo que si !! Excelente ubicación !! Muy rica la piscina y el lugar excelente para un viaje en pareja , amigos o familia

The location and it had a swimming pool
Before I arrived I asked for help booking a taxi. I was told we are a hotel not a taxi service.
I turn up and the windows and door have been left open so the room is full of mosquitoes.
There is no cleaning service
The wifi is terrible
Overall just very lazy and unprofessional
Large, comfortable room with kitchenette and living room. Made it really easy to fill the fridge with fruit and wine and bring home leftovers, which all help to save money. Costa Rican restaurant portions are huge, so it's nice to have a fridge and microwave so you can take a to-go bag. Very sweet staff, if a touch inexperienced. No complaints at all.
The property could have had a little more greenery, but that's not much of a complaint.
The rooms are very nice and spacious. The swimming is a bit small but very nice if it is not too crowded, and you can enjoy the sun in the chairs/beds. Restaurants and the beach are within a 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is perfect to visit Cahuita National Park as well as Manzanillo National Park.
I liked the point where it is located, everything is close and inside the hotel is quiet, so basically I spent an excellent night there.
I had some problems with the water, most of the time I opened the shower or the tap it didn´t go out properly, so I struggled with it.

Water pressure was bad and unstable. Bathroom door did not lock.
The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. Lots of hot water in the shower. The pool was great. I liked the bed...firm...my wife did not. Short walk to shopping and nightlife. Quiet at night.
No place to put anything in the shower except on the floor. The clothes line was so high up it was a struggle to use, but we made it work.
