Great property, with closer attention to cleaning this priority would have been perfect.
Pros:

Location and having access to a kitchen, laundry and separate bedrooms.

Cons:

One bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the other was soft and inviting. The property was not clean.
Bathroom was dirty, oven not clean and apartment was well overdue for a deep clean.

Roomy apartment for us and our travelling companions.

Cons:

The apartment had a great kitchen but was somewhat under equipped for self catering - a sharp knife and tongs and a couple of serving dishes and microwave dishes would do the trick.

Great, flexible and comfortable. If we attend Dubbo again we will definitely stay here
Pros:

The flexibility of the staff, we had to extend our stay for an extra 2 hrs after check out, the gentleman was so understanding and allowing of us to do that.

Cons:

Everything was great, only con was the bathroom door not locking properly.
