La personne a l’accueil du lundi 17/11/2025 était extrêmement désagréable et sèche dans sa manière de parler , très impolie et s’est permise de me tutoyer alors que je me suis montré très courtois et fait l’effort de m’exprimer en allemand qui n’est que ma 4 eme langue
Ça met directement dans un gros inconfort et je recommande à cette dame de changer de métier si voir des étrangers ou même accueillir des personnes dans un hôtel semble la déranger à ce point

Komfortable Zimmer, schönes Schwimmbad - der Rest leidet mehr als bescheiden.
Pros:

Große ruhige Zimmer mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, schöner Pool, den ich zeitweise sogar alleine nutzen konnte, da scheinbar nicht viele Gäste Interesse daran hatten.

Cons:

Unfreundliche erste Begrüßung durch gestresste Mitarbeiterin.
Sauna nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar. Infrarotkabine mit Anleitung zur Selbstbedienung - wurde aber irgendwie nicht warm. Whirlbad war geschlossen, worüber es vorab keine Info gab. Befremdlich waren die großen Fenster zwischen Pool und Veranstaltungssaal, wo zeitweise zig Leute saßen, die einem beim schwimmen zuschauen konnten.
Auf Bitte hin, mir für den Abreisetag ein Taxi zum Bahnhof zu bestellen, folgte ein überforderter Blick, die Suche nach Taxi-Visitenkarten, die mir mit den Worten „Probieren Sie mal die Nummern anzurufen“ in die Hand gedrückt wurden. Kann man machen, habe ich so aber noch nicht erlebt und empfinde ich persönlich für ein Haus, das mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung und Wellness (sprich Entspannung) wirbt, auch nicht sonderlich serviceorientiert.
Frisches Gemüse und Obst waren rar gesät beim Frühstück. An einigen der „frischen“ Teller klebten noch Essensreste. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war leider ungenießbar.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gute Anbindung ins Umfeld, Pool Anlage sehr angenehm und sauber.
Gastronomie ist super und sehr lecker.
