Pros:

El personal desde Maytee hasta los camareros del restaurante fueron top top. La comida del restaurante es la mejor de Villarica...todo excelente.

Cons:

Que no hubiese más hoteles como este en Villarica ;-)

Sehr schön!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage in gepflegtem und ansprechenden Zustand. Der Garten und die Frühstücksterasse mit Pool sind wunderschön.

Cons:

Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer (wir hatten Zimmer Nr.10) hat dort gar nicht funktioniert. Da müsste nachgebessert werden.

Lovely staff, great facilities and good breakfast

Cons:

At night you can hear the cars driving by with loud music (especially in weekends), normal cars you don't hear and its a calm place.

Its a shame its so noisy
Pros:

The young guy in reception was great, very helpful.
The bed was comfortable, good sized bathroom
Secure parking.

Cons:

Its noisy! The hotel is right on a main road and there is traffic noise if you're at the front, plus I was by reception so also had beeping and people talking right outside the door. Then there was music outside. Not recommended for those who like a quiet night.
And the restaurant had no wine by the glass!

Pros:

Quiero destacar por sobre todo la excepcional atención de Sid. Ya desde antes que llegáramos estuvo atento para recibirnos, nos dio indicaciones para hacer un paseo familiar y al llegar encontramos una nota escrita a mano deseándonos un buen pasar en villarica. Esos detalles en un mundo de bots y ia se agradecen y transforman una buena experiencia en una maravillosa. Por lo demás hotel limpio, camas cómodas, ducha real y no eléctrica, desayuno delicioso

Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin am Nachmittag war herzlich und freundlich. Es war sehr kalt und unsere Klima funktionierte nicht richtig. Wir erhielten ein grösseres Zimmer, in dem die Anlage zumindest lief. Sie schaffte es zwar nicht, den Raum warm zu bekommen, aber zumindest war es nicht mehr so eisig.

Am Abend wurden wir aber sehr freundlich im Restaurant empfangen, ein superherzlicher Service, guter Wein und auch die Pizza war prima. Das Frühstück am nächsten morgen war ok.

Cons:

Wir kamen mittags, verbrachten den Nachmittag im Garten. Allerdings wurde nie gefragt, ob wir vielleicht etwas trinken wollten oder sonst etwas benötigen. Nun kommen wohl auch nicht so viele klassische Reisende in diese Gegend, so dass man es wohl noch nicht gewohnt ist. Der Zimmerpreis allerdings ist völlig überzogen.

Pros:

Very tasteful design, very friendly personnel, delicious food.
Beautiful terrace with hanging flowers, an oasis of rest is a restless city.

Cons:

Typical Paraguayan faults: absence of hooks to hang clothes or towels. Dangerous, unmarked steps in the room.

I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

Great location , clean, good-sized room, huge bathroom with full-on shower, lovely staff. Simple but excellent breakfast, OK for veggies but doesn't cater for vegans. Very pleasant hotel, compact but without feeling cramped. I stayed in room 2, close to the road, a tad noisy early evening. The only real negatives: 1. the blackout blinds do not cover the entire window and given that the flood lights are pointed at the window and therefore interior lighting was not needed. This was a distraction from a good night sleep but easily fixed. 2. The shower area had a whiff of mould Again an easy fix.
