كل شيء جميل بالفندق نظافة وراحة وكذلك حرص إدارة الفندق بإبلاغنا بوجود أعمال حفر الفترة الصباحية قرب الفندق وتأكيدهم على ذلك أكثر من مره دليل على اهتمامهم براحة النزيل ، والحمد لله أعمال الحفر ما كانت مزعجة كثير .

A disappointing stay due to undisclosed construction noise and improper charging.

Nothing. The hotel charged me before informing me about construction noise, and I could not stay or sleep.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay in Madina, which I booked through your platform.
At the time of check-in, the hotel reception charged my credit card an amount of 510 SAR. Only after the payment was processed did the receptionist inform me that there was ongoing construction work outside the room.
This construction caused significant noise, and as a result, I was unable to sleep or stay at the property for the booked two nights. The presence of construction work was never disclosed on the Booking.com listing prior to my arrival or before the payment was taken.
Charging a guest first and then disclosing such major inconvenience is unacceptable and misleading. Due to these circumstances, I did not receive the service that was promised at the time of booking.
I respectfully request a full refund of 510 SAR for this stay. I am prepared to provide supporting documents, including the booking confirmation and proof of payment, if required.
I trust Booking.com will investigate this matter and resolve it fairly.

مكااان ضيييق جداً صراحه هذا الموقع ماجيته رحت غسن التحيله حرفياً الممر الي داخل البيت خلوه صاله سيء جداً من ناحية المساحه المكان نظيف وجميل موقعه ممتاز جدا بس صغييييير لا يطااااق مساحات كئيبة
