جميل جداً جداً وعجبتني صراحة الموظفين قالو عندنا اعمال بناء جنبنا اذا بتضايقون بنكسل الحجز ولله الحمد ماحسينا باي ازعاج الموظفين قممممه في الروعه بندر او بدر الحربي. وواحد كان جاي تغطيه بس اسمه المولد الله يبارك في شبابنا يارب الخدمه سريعه الغرف فخمه بس بعيده عن الحرم تقريباً 5 كيلو انصح واكرر الزياره

Ein schönes und modernes Hotel.
Pros:

Schöne, große und saubere Zimmer.
Was mir auch gefallen hat, ist dass ich im Voraus kontaktiert wurde. Und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass Bauarbeiten in der Nähe gibt, die mit Lärm verbunden sind.

Cons:

Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten, sonst hätte das Hotel fünf Sterne verdient.

Even paid to switch room to avoid the noise
Pros:

Heavy groundwork till 12 midnight to six am constant drilling concrete with heavy machinery impossible to sleep or rest

Not as I expected, due to the noise from construction site next door

Rooms were clean and passable.

Cons:

The property is located to an obnoxiously loud, inconvenient, construction site. Making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The fact the hotel still allows guests to book stays here despite them knowing how bad the noise pollution here is is extremely unprofessional and greedy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Badur (receptionist ) and Mr. Mahmoud (Security guard) and the lady staff during check in (didn't catch her name though).

The room was good, comfortable and of normal standard size. We booked a Junior suite for a good price.

The location from Masjid Nabawi is roughly 4 km. But, due to upgrading road works and building constructions the taxi driver had to make a huge detour. Hence, extra time is needed if you plan to go to the mosque. Despite this it is still worth it and good value for your money.

The hotel is relatively new and quiet. Nearby you could find a laundry shop and a few good restaurants. ROMANSIAH restaurant is within walking distance (200 metres). They serve good Arabic food and international dishes too. Like the majority of Arabic restaurants and food outlets their food portions are plentiful and generous. Certainly value for your money!

If you plan for a long stay it is advisable to book a taxi for the whole duration of your stay and make arrangements with the driver to ferry you to Masjid Nabawi and bring you back to the hotel from the Masjid. We stumbled Mr. Mazen, a Yemeni whom we engaged to bring us around Medina whenever required at a very reasonable price. He would wait for you without extra charge. He can be contacted at +966538442448. His service is tiptop and highly recommended!

Cons:

The only drawback about the hotel is the noise emanating from nearby building constructions.
