Stay near Masjid nabwi
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Cons:

Due to on going construction some disturbance and noise happen.. SOME ROADS WERE CLOSED NEAR HOTEL

Racist staff in the front desk, will name call you HINDI in Arabic, even if your born in Canada.
Cons:

I checked in January 3rd to stay till January 11th instead I checked out on January 5th. Me and my pregnant wife had just come from performing umrah jet lagged and tired. We paid cash they gave no receipt they said will give at end. Now next day we noticed our throats were itching because of the construction around the hotel so on the 4th I went to front desk told him we need to check out due to allergies this violates health and safety let me speak to your manager, he called his manager, his manager asked what nationality are they he said Canadian, his manager asked again then he said HINDI, then the manager hung up, then the front staff got rude with me and told me to leave or else police will get involved. I called booking.com and the rep. told me if you leave by today on the 5th by 2pm, they will give the refund for the remaining stay, and sent me an email, so I went down to front desk to check out to get my money back, from 2pm it went on till 4pm he kept talking to me in circles again refusing to let me speak to the manager, again the manager would ask what nationality he would say Canadian then HINDI and he would hang up. I told him give me my money back he said he cant give me cash or put it back on my credit card, instead he wanted my Canadian bank info. saying it will happen in 5 days, I said give me a receipt that I paid you cash or some sort of proof that you will give me back my money for the remaining stay he again rudely kept saying I cant do that I am not able to my system wont allow it, even Microsoft word wont allow it. Here I am on January 29th still calling booking.com waiting for a response they are trying to help me, but the hotel doesn't speak to them or respond to them which is frustrating, they had health and safety issues which I didn't want my pregnant wife to get sick, and on top of that they were racist and now they want give me my money back which is mine. Horrible experience any one from the West avoid it.
