Sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Service in toller Lage - wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir in Strbske Pleso in diesem Hotel unseren Winterurlaub. Es hat eine zentrale Lage - Bahnhof, kostenfreier Skibus, Supermarkt sowie mehrere Gaststätten sind schnell erreichbar.
An der Rezeption wird der Gast freundlich begrüßt, auf besondere Wünsche wird kompetent eingegangen.
HP umfasst ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot sowie ein schmackhaftes Abendbrot (meist) in Buffetform.
Der PKW kann kostenfrei auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel stehen. Gegen eine angemessene Gebühr nutzen wir gerne einen der wenigen Stellplätze in der Hotelgarage.
Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich in Größe und Ausstattung. Mit dem gebuchten "Comfort Apartment mit Balkon" waren wir (wie auch schon in den Vorjahren) sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig und war für uns völlig ausreichend.
Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich liebevoll durch sehr nettes Personal.
Kostenfreies WLAN ist stabil in allen Hotelbereichen verfügbar.
Für Schlitten, Ski und Zubehör stehen kostenfreie, abschließbare Spinde zur Verfügung.
Den vorhandenen Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Pekný hotel na výbornom mieste.
Pros:

Veľmi pekný hotel na výbornom mieste blízko zastávky električky a blízko Štrbského Plesa. Výborné, bohaté raňajky, hneď vedľa úžasná, veľká herňa pre deti. Výborné postele, vybavenie kuchynky. Boli sme veľmi spokojní, prídeme opäť.

Pros:

We are returning guests. We have already spent in this particular hotel 3 nice family vacations - once in the Winter (2016) and twice in Summer (2022 and 2025). We love the hotel - spacious apartments, great location and delicious breakfast are the highlights. This is a great place to stay in High Tatras.

Raňajky boli vynikajúce.
Poloha hotela výborná. Na zjazdovky sme sa dostali pohodlne skibusom, ktorý mal zastávku hneď pri hotely.
Personál bol milý a ústretový.
