La struttura è davvero bella, in pieno stile Cappadocia. Colazione abbondante e abbastanza varia sebbene inizi tardi, alle 8:30
Purtroppo la suite prenotata non era all’altezza delle nostre aspettative. Appena arrivate la porta del bagno era rotta e non si chiudeva. Abbiamo fatto presente questo e il problema è stato risolto alla bene e meglio. Il problema principale è stato la pulizia della camera perché il primo giorno hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani ma non hanno pulito nulla, non hanno rifatto il letto e neanche asciugato il piano del lavandino (dove, tra l’altro, abbiamo trovato capelli non nostri proprio al nostro arrivo). Abbiamo fatto presente il problema e si sono scusati ampiamente promettendomi una maggiore attenzione nelle pulizie ma la situazione è rimasta uguale e alla fine non ho detto più nulla. Peró per un hotel di quel calibro e soprattutto per una suite credo sia inconcepibile.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious, beautiful and luxurious, and having a private jacuzzi made the experience even more special. We also felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional without ever being intrusive, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent and very convenient.
Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay with great service. We would definitely come back!
The only small downsides were the breakfast, which we didn’t find particularly tasty, and the shower, which could have been cleaner.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not very varied. Mostly vegetables everyday
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. There could be more variety and better options to make the breakfast experience even better.

Posizione strategica,camera molto ampia,possibilità di parcheggio. La struttura è ben posizionato in una zona tranquilla di Goreme.
La colazione non mi è piaciuta non era presente nessun tipo di croissant o altra tipologia di dolci internazionali non è stato possibile avere un omelette . Avendo turismo internazionale dovrebbero inserire delle cose più appropriate e non limitarsi alla colazione Turca .
The staff were amazing, Hakkan really looked after us everyone was so helpful and friendly itmade it a joy to stay there.The room was fantastic and the facilities were excellent. Can't praise them enough.Will definitely stop here again.It was a very short walk to the centre, this meant there was little noise or lights in the evening ensuring a good night's sleep.
