Tutto eccezionale
Pros:

Tutto!
Lo staff super gentile che ci ha aiutato nelle varie prenotazioni delle escursioni e che per il giorno del mio compleanno mi ha omaggiato a sorpresa di una torta squisita!
La camera Junior Suite era spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa.
Le pulizie giornaliere con il cambio asciugami sempre impeccabili.
La colazione era variegata e con tante prelibatezze tipiche del luogo.
Spero di poter tornare presto!

Чудовий готель з привітним та дбайливим персоналом))) Нас заселили раніше та дозволили виїхати пізніше)) Все поряд - центр, автостанція. Хоч із-за погодних умов не вдалося за три дні побачити та політати на кулі((( але в готелі ми взяли екскурсії і насолоджувалися Кападокією! Вона чудова у будь яку погоду!!! А джакузі в номері зігрівала після прогулянок)) Номера саме такі, які заявлені, а в реальності ще краще))

Overall was great time spent there, lovely rooms and location
Pros:

It was all cleaned, properly organised and was very closed to the main town, easy to get access to restaurants shops etc.

Cons:

Iron was just 1, they should keep iron in each room instead only 1 iron for the entire hotel.

It was ok, nice staff and good breakfast
Pros:

Good location, close to the town center

Cons:

One night the AC didn’t work for a few hours, the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly. But the fireplace, which was promised to me was broken and never fixed during our stay. The situation was never informed or communicated in any form in advance tho the fireplace was broken for weeks.

Accoglienza idimenticabile
Pros:

Siamo stati benissimo. Camera molto spaziosa con idromassaggio, servizio del personale eccezionale. Colazione eccellente accompagnati dalla gentilezza e professionalità di Hakan.
