Wonderful
Pros:

Everything was really good we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful same as Hakan bey in the kitchen during breakfast.

Everything is good except the bathrooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was fair, could have been better with more live options and more breads. You will find more salads and dips than actual meal items. The location is good and everything is planned with a good space.

Cons:

The washrooms are really poor in this property. Water outlets and ventilation is not efficient leaving the room with a smell every time.

Πολύ όμορφο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο με τεράστιο τζακούζι!! Η συνεννόηση μας με το προσωπικό πολύ καλή και βοηθητική.

Cons:

Δεν είχα ιδιαίτερα ωραία ταρατσα και το μπάνιο είχε ώρες ώρες μια περίεργη μυρωδιά αλλά όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο για να σε αποτρέψει από το να το κλείσεις

La beauté de l'hôtel, sa localisation, on accède très vite au centre ville à pied tout en étant à l'abri de la foule, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Pros:

We would like to deeply thank the hotel crew for the support and empathy we received.

The hotel was not only an amazing place with great location and bath in the room.

It was a place with warm hearted people who helped us to adopt a Turkish cat. They took us to the vet, helped us buy bus tickets, communicate in Turkish on phone, do the laundry, find a cat transporter and more.

We would like to give special thanks to Kemal, Hakan, Janet and Nosret but also to others, including the cleaning crew.

Pros:

Le personnel a été particulièrement attentionné et très accommodant tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons pu arriver bien avant l’heure prévue et patienter tranquillement sur place, sans aucune contrainte, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le jour du départ, ils nous ont également permis de rester sur place toute la journée, ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation.

Un grand merci au manager ainsi qu’à Akan, présent lors du petit-déjeuner, toujours aux petits soins et disponible au moindre besoin. Une équipe vraiment à l’écoute et soucieuse du confort de ses clients.

De locatie was heel goed dichtbij alles, heel vriendelijk personeel vooral meneer Hakan hielp snel met alles en helpen graag mee met eventuele verzoeken die we hadden.

Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid.

Pros:

Sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer, insgesamt eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Parkplätze gibt es direkt beim Hotel. Ausflüge hätten wir ebenfalls direkt mit Hilfe des Personals vor Ort buchen können. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Durch die Cave Zimmer war es stets angenehm dunkel im Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider haben uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört. In unserem Zimmer war das Schloss der Badezimmertür defekt. Daher konnte man diese nur anlehnen, was etwas nervig ist und eigentlich auffallen sollte bei so wenigen Zimmern. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Insgesamt hat uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher (in der off-season) nicht wirklich gepasst.

La camera è molto suggestiva, la vasca idromassaggio decisamente un plus.
La colazione abbastanza assortita e variegata.

Cons:

Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione e sarebbe opportuno mettere delle tende completamente oscuranti, purtroppo le tende della nostra camera facevano passare davvero troppa luce la notte.

Aconchegante e bem localizado
Pros:

Quarto enorme, cama muito confortável e com calefação, o que deixa o ambiente bem quentinho e aconhegante, ainda mais para nós que estovemos em dias frios. Tudo muito limpinho e organizado. Todos os funcionário muito prestativos. Nos deram boas dicas sobre a região. Além disso, o café da manhã é excelente! O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo!

La habitación era fantástica.Super grande,luminosa y con la bañera en la habitación Las camas eran super cómodas y grandes.
El personal es super amable y atento.
El desayuno variado,sea en dulce que salado y la Señora en cocina es un encanto.

Esperienza bellissima
Pros:

Metto il voto 10 perché 11 non è possibile. Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. La camera eccezionale, bella, pulita e con tutti i comfort possibili. La vasca in camera da quel tocco in più. Il personale è fantastico. Ringraziamo Hakan, Jennet, Nusret e Kemal il manager della struttura per averci trattati in maniera speciale dall’inizio alla fine della vacanza.
