The owner and all the staff are very good.
Behavior of the staff they were very good 👍.
Some issues that were not good but they can work on it and they can making these issues very good.
As we were given the keys, we entered a room that was clearly not ready and had a terrible smell.
We were moved to another room where we saw a couple of cockroaches. When we asked for a refund because we couldn’t stay in such conditions, they promised to give us a cleaner room.
We decided to give it a chance. They did try as they made the bed with white bedsheets and used some room spray but the next morning, we woke up to a large cockroach on the floor. It was a huge disappointment as they think offering a cheaper accommodation they can get away with such horribly run place.
This place should not be listed on this platform. There are many better options around if you have to sleep near the bus station which you can find yourself on arrival.
