Emplacement central dans la veille ville, qualité exceptionnel de la literie, taille et aménagement des chambres, très grande disponibilité et amabilité du personnel tout à fait charmant et professionnel, bel espace commun soucieux et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.

fijn verblijf, midden in het centrum .

Prachtig hotel, midden het centrum .

Cons:

Voor het parkeren, is er een service die je auto dan parkeert in een nabij gelegen parkeergarage , wanneer je tussentijds de auto weer wil hebben, worden er transportkosten gevraagd, ene kant begrijp ik dat, maar het maakt het parkeren best wel duur.
De dekbedden zijn weinig ademend, best wel warm.
We zaten aan de wegkant, bij het raam open, best veel lawaai.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suit nachgebucht. Wir bekamen die Bestätigung an der Rezeption und vorab auch per Mail (das Upgrade wurde uns vom Hotel selber empfohlen). Wir kamen früher an, stellten Gepäck ab und sollten angerufen werden, wenn die Suit fertig ist. Solange haben wir Zeit in Leipzig verbracht. Der Anruf kam nicht. Die Suit war plötzlich schon vergeben und unser Gepäck stand schon in einem anderen Zimmer. Keine Entschuldigung, eher unfreundliches Verhalten. In der Dusche waren größere schwarze Schimmelflecken.

Letzte Nacht vor der Hochzeit im zentralen Hotel Steigenberger.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, weshalb man super alles fußläufig erkunden kann.

Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet & es befinden sich hochwertige Produkte im Badezimmer, sowie in der Minibar.

Cons:

Wir haben vorab zwei Zimmer gebucht & abgesprochen, dass diese nebeneinander sein sollen, da wir am Folgetag geheiratet haben. Beim Check-In war dies nicht hinterlegt & man musste erneut darauf hinweisen - am Ende wurde es umgesetzt.

Das Personal war teilweise wie Roboter, welches einfach nur nach Anweisungen arbeiten darf & daher die Freundlich- & Menschlichkeit irgendwie fehlte.

Wenn man Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inkludiert hat, kann man nicht Frühstück aufs Zimmer nehmen - dies bezahlt man dann ebenfalls extra, obwohl man das Frühstück im Restaurant nicht wahrnimmt - dies ist nirgends herauszulesen.

Wir haben mehrfach erwähnt, dass wir am kommenden Tag heiraten & daher einiges einfach abgestimmt laufen muss - gefühlt hat das niemanden interessiert.

Unkoordiniertes Hotel welches seinen Ruf nicht gerecht wird

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zustellbett zum Zimmer dazu gebucht. Leider war dieses bei Ankunft noch nicht aufgebaut. Dies stellte sich erst bei Bezug des Zimmers heraus. Nachdem die Rezeption angerufen hatte, sollten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da das Zustellbett nicht ins Zimmer passen würde. Nachdem ein Mitarbeiter ein Babybett abholen wollte, welches sich nicht einmal im Zimmer befand, stellte sich heraus, dass er auch ein Zustellbett in das Zimmer stellen kann und wir nicht umziehen müssen. Inzwischen wurden natürlich die Zimmerkarten gesperrt, welches dann auch die Lüftung und Strom zum Zimmer abschaltete. Die neuen Karten wurden dann auf Zimmer gebracht. Zwischendurch sollten natürlich auch noch die Koffer abgeholt werden, sodass ein reges Treiben über eine Stunde im Zimmer herrschte.
Nachts sollte dann die Klimaanlage laufen, welches aber durch ein kontinuierliches Wasser rauschen nicht möglich war. Nach Abschalten meinte man endlich schlafen zu können, da kam natürlich noch die Party im Stockwerk unter uns hinzu, welches einen den Bass durchs ganze Zimmer schallen lies. Da die Kinder zu dem Zeitpunkt endlich eingeschlafen waren, war das Wechseln des Zimmers dann auch keine Option mehr…
Bei einem Hotel in der Preisklasse war der Aufenthalt wirklich das letzte was man erwarten würde.
