Buena ubicación, instalaciones impecables y servicio excepcional.
Pros:

Todo fue increíble, el personal es maravilloso, en especial las chicas de recepción. Fueron muy amables de principio a fin, me quedo con muchas ganas de volver!

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit die Badewanne zu nutzen... :( Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Speisen udn Getränke sind schon sehr teuer, aber es ist eben auch das Steigenberger!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Preise in der Bar. Es gab keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos. Das erwarte ich bei einem 5Sterne Hotel.

Sehr gutes, sauberes, schönes und historisches Hotel mit top Ambiente in den Zimmern.
Pros:

Die Lage kann man nicht übertreffen, es ist mittendrin. Sehr freundliche und aktive Mitarbeiter. Das Hotelzimmer war nach dem heutigen Stand perfekt, modern und sehr sauber. WLAN easy und schnell, allerdings erst auf meine Anfrage mit Passwort ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Badewanne wunderschön in schönem Marmor eingefasst. Irgendwo ein Haltegriff - klar stört der das schöne Gesamtdesign - wäre trotzdem angebracht. Das ändert natürlich nichts am perfekten Gesamtauftritt dieses Hotels und meines Zimmers.

Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel in der Kategorie doch sehr dürftig, bei einem Preis von 36 € hätte ich was anderes erwartet.
