Pros:

The food buffet was excellent.
After a day of hiking we enjoyed that we could eat at 5pm.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
The water in the bathroom was warm.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the furniture were recovered with dust.
The sink was dirty. Somebody had left a shower gel in the bathroom, which was good as there was no specific shower gel or shampoo.
The bedsheets were old, no matrass protection under the bedsheets. Old matrasses.
Only 2 hangers in the room.
The room was noisy, we could hear people walking in the corridor, opening doors.

Great welcome , made us very comfortable.
Pros:

Nice atmosphere, staff were really helpful and took a lot of trouble to make us comfortable. Lovely food. Lots of character in this hotel , lots of biker memorabilia in the bar area.

Cons:

Maybe you could do something about the flies , there were quite a lot of them.

Guesthouse with potential in the middle of the mountains
Pros:

-The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; when we requested an earlier breakfast, they gladly adjusted the schedule to meet our needs.
- It was such a relief to have free parking right in front of the guest house.
- We appreciated the stunning surroundings, with the beautiful mountains and nature creating a truly amazing atmosphere.
- Plus, having direct access to the cross-country ski track made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

- The furniture in the room requires updating and improvements in bed and bedlinens quality are necessary.
- To enhance the overall experience, soundproofing the ceiling is recommended, as noise from the floor above can be bothersome.
- It is important to note that the owner is new to this business and is still in the process of gaining experience and knowledge.

Disappointing
Pros:

Walking distance to Seilbahn Urnerboden

Cons:

There were used towels in the bath room and only one clean one (for a double). The beds didn't have a proper bottom sheet, just a mattress protector. The couple started running the business 4 months ago and it seems that there's still some learning to do.
