Perfect!
Pros:

The hosts were really accommodating to my needs and were so responsive. The place was cozy and close to shopping areas. I would definitely book again!

Cons:

It was mentioned that there’s no parking space, but pls advise next time where else to park and if there’s any in the vicinity, also include expected parking value. We paid 1000+ for overnight parking 😳

Not that impressed
Pros:

-Location
-Nice lobby
-Overall interior desgin
-Lots of pillows, towels and blankets
-Strong bidet and air conditioner
-Living area: Large sofa , SmartTV entertainment apps; fast internet
-Kitchen and dining amenities
-Price (you get what you pay for )

Cons:

-No dark shades for windows practically no privacy specially at night. (This is a deal breaker for me)
-Very small bedroom
-No reg bed in bedroom, just sofa bed size (another deal breaker)
-Kettle not washed; there was residual water in the kettle probably from previous guests.
-One coffee mug not washed; Still had coffee stains on it, ugh! (pic)
-Dead and crawling cockroaches (pic)
-Floor wasn't swept; dirt and hairs on the floors
-Bed.had small critters; I got skin itch
-Entrance and kitchen area lights are dim; needs higher watts
-Dining/entrance Lights too dim
-Brooms and sweepers were not put away (pic)
-Slippers look old and faded
-Air fresheners all my over the unit (overkill); gave me headaches.
-Small bathroom
-Need more hooks and receptacles in bathroom for personal items
Aside from the lobby and the unit, the building has no air cond; uncomfortably hot
-Very poor communication by owners/admins; I felt ignored

In summary, the place is decent IF you dont mind the things listed above that MAY concern and bother you

The deal breakers were there was no dark curtains to keep one's privacy specially at night, the tiny bed, the bed critters and the dead and crawling cockroaches.

Nice place. But The staff is very strict

When you invite a friend from outside, you have to check the friend ID and other things in the room. That's annoying, isn't it? I just want that to be fixed.

Perfect location
Pros:

We got everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Location is also commendable as it is only 10-15mins walk to Megamall and MRT station. The host was also thoughtful and let us stay in the unit for a while after we have checked out given that we need to wait a little longer for our next stay.

Cons:

Need to double check the towels - there are some stains on it

I wanna lengthen our stay. The home is just so gorgeous and comfy! Recommendations may be putting some hooks to hang wet
Pros:

This is the best place we’ve booked since we’ve been booking for some areas for hotel. Super cozy, good scent, and aesthetic! Coffee, napkins, tv, board games, kitchenware, and toiletries are complete.

Cons:

Little cockroaches but that’s okay.
