Pretul este foarte mare, doar pozitia proprietatii este cea care atrage.

Proprietatea este situata chiar in centru cu acces facil de la statia de tren.

Cons:

Am rezervat 2 camere in perioada 10-16 august, fotografiile afisate pe site-ul booking sunt renovate, cele care ne-au fost puse la dispozitie nu erau rezervate deloc, chiuveta baii este in camera, totul este foarte foarte vechi, baia este o cadita de peste 25 ani cu perdea, usile sunt foarte uzate, ne-au oferit prosoape curate si au luat gunoiul in fiecare zi, nu au curatat camera niciodata in cele 6 zile. Minibarul este un aparat pentru cosmetice.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un court séjour
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique (métro, centre ville, restauration), accès facile (en autonomie), grande chambre avec sdb privée, eau et plateau café/thé inclus

Cons:

Bruyant car la chambre donnait sur une rue piétonne avec des cafés et terrasses en extérieur (séjour en été), pas de climatisation, accès aux chambres par escalier

Super Lage !
Pros:

Super Lage zur Liederhalle oder zur Innenstadt. Gegenüber ist ein kleines Café dort haben wir gefrühstückt. Neben dran ein Dönerladen und 2 Häuser weiter ein sehr guter Italiener, der auch nach 23 Uhr an einem Freitagabend essen serviert.

Cons:

Leider hatte meine Lüftung im Badezimmer ein defekt. Was für eine Nacht jetzt nicht das Problem war. Mir wurde auch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber ich hatte abgelehnt. Also Service top!

Koscher in Stuttgart
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt gewesen. Die Lage wunderbar. Wer natürlich am Abend Ruhe vor dem Fenster sucht, findet das hier nur bei Starkregen und Minusgraden. Für Menschen, die gern in der Großstadt weilen, werden damit gut klarkommen.
Für jede Tür gibt's richtige Schlüssel - keine elektrische Schiebetür, es gibt einen kleinen Ventilator und sogar einen Dauerläufer-Minikühlschrank (👍).
Mehr brauchte ich nicht.
Ich war zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

kleiner Fauxpas: irgendwann muss ein Papiertaschentuch mit in die Handtuch-Wäsche gekommen sein - entsprechend war das Ergebnis nach dem Abtrocknen 😉
Dies wurde nach Hinweis umgehend korrigiert.
p.s.: dafür kann der Betreiber der Unterkunft eher Nichts.

Pros:

Gute Lage, gemütliches Bett, check in schnell, sauber

Cons:

Man konnte das Licht im Bad nicht anschalten ohne dass eine extrem laute Lüftung angeht, konnte nur mit offener Tür ins Bad

Direkt an der U-Bahn; leider ist die Rolltreppe sehr laut

Winziges Waschbecken
Müll wurde zwei Tage lang nicht geleert
Komische Wand mitten im Zimmer, an der der TV befestigt ist

Die Lage war für mich Ideal.
Gute Kommunikation über die App, dadurch einfaches selbstständiges einchecken.

Cons:

Ich habe während meiner 2 Nächte aufenthalt kein Personal gesehen.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Lokal/die Bar direkt vor dem Fenster meines Zimmers war abends sehr laut (Übertragung von WM Spielen).
Keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr heiß in Stuttgart zu der Zeit.
