La ubicación era muy buena y cumplía con lo que ofrecía.

El baño de la habitación estaba limpio y cuidado pero he de decir que se veía muy antiguo y daba un poco de impresión la cortina de la ducha...

Ausstattung ist vollends ausreichend, vor allem für Leute, die zB das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen brauchen
Bett war sehr komfortabel
Die Lage ist sehr gut, Stadtzentrum sehr gut erreichbar, S- Bahn in der Nähe, Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

schlechte, bzw keine Schallisolierung, wahrscheinlich wegen Altbau, man bekommt sehr viel von seinen Nachbarn mit
Self Check- in zwar immer gut, jedoch hat man dadurch auch Zugriff auf die Zimmerschlüssel anderer..

Not super cheap, but ok for the central location!
Pros:

The place was clean and comfortable, they left a bottle of water and tea bags. There was a desk, a kettle and small fridge (it was turned off, but I turned it on and used it overnight). Was especially grateful that they let me leave my luggage 1 hour longer in the room and pick up after, it was very kind of them.

Cons:

Only thing I'd warn future guests is to make sure to close the windows after arriving!! I didn't notice the window was open (lüften.... :')) and spent a very cold night and morning until I noticed it!! :(
Unfortunately I found a cockroach in the bathroom :( I don't think it's their fault, the place was pretty clean, I guess it's a building issue.
The toilet paper wasn't the best quality (especially the brown one, maybe a recycled type?) I think it's worth the few cents more on a softer option :)

Lage sehr gut, unkomplizierte Unterkunft.

Cons:

Gemäss Info im Zimmer und bei Buchung, wäre die Reception jeweils von 9-11,30 Uhr besetzt. Tatsächlich war sie nur bis jeweils ca. 10 hr besetzt. es spielte für unseren Aufenthalt keine grosse Rolle, aber bei konkreten Fragen wäre es scahde gewesen, wenn man z.B. um 10.30 Uhr runter zur reception geht, um diese zu stellen, und dann niemand da ist.

An sich wäre die Unterkunft ok, Kommunikation nett, aber leider Kakerlake gesichtet + andere Abzüge
Pros:

Lage super - Personal habe ich zwar keines zu Gesicht bekommen, aber per Email sehr freundlich und hilfreich - Preis-Leistung an sich ok, Self-Check-in klappt gut.

Cons:

Ich saß am späten Abend nichtsahnend auf dem Bett und plötzlich krabbelte eine große Kakerlake von unter dem Bett hervor!
In diesem Ausmaß und der dunklen Farbgebung für deutsche Verhältnisse absolut unüblich! Kenne ich sonst nur von subtropischen Gegenden... Am nächsten Morgen war leider niemand am Empfang, sonst hätte ich Bescheid gegeben. Ansonsten ist das Bad leider recht muffig und mit einem sehr dünnen Duschvorhang ausgestattet, Marke "klebt direkt am Körper, wenn man die Dusche anmacht". Die Handtücher fusseln so stark, dass ich nach jedem Abtrocknen eine Weile mit dem Entfernen der Fussel aus Gesicht und Haaren beschäftigt war.
Sollte ausserdem dringend geändert werden: Die Meldescheine für Gäste mit spätem Check-in liegen für alle einsehbar am Empfang herum. Sprich, jeder, der will, kann den vollen Namen, die Zimmernummer und die Verweildauer des Gastes einsehen, was mir meine Zimmernachbarin (die vor mir eingecheckt hatte und die ich persönlich kenne) am nächsten morgen mitteilte. Datenschutz nicht gegeben.
Ich würde dem Hotel dringend empfehlen:
1) Hygiene/Kakerlaken-Problem lösen
2) Duschvorhänge und Handtücher ersetzen
3) Bessere Lösung für Meldescheine finden. Für deutsche Gäste übrigens seit Jan '25 nicht mehr notwendig...
