Der Service bei der Reklamation ( Schimmel im Schlafbereich) Upgrade erhalten, Umzug innerhalb kürzester Zeit.

Cons:

Eingangsbereich erschreckend.
Wohnung steril, nicht gerade gemütlich.

- Super eingerichtet mit Küchenzeile, komfortablen Bett und Fernsehen

- Eine der beiden Heizungen war defekt, im Winter daher recht kühl

Stippvisite in Hildesheim. gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, Vorraum mit Garderobe, Bad separat, bahnhofs- und zentrumsnah gelegen. Zusätzliche Kissen.
Sehr schöne Umgebung in der Altstadt von Hildesheim.

Cons:

Check out mit 10.00 Uhr recht früh, man kann aber vorher online verlängern, allerdings gegen Gebühr.
Bad trotz eingeschalteter Heizung sehr kalt (jedenfalls im Winter). Schließsystem über App nicht immer zuverlässig, aber zum Glück gab es noch einen Schlüssel.

Nix für Menschen 50+/mit Mobilitätseinschränkung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung erinnert an eine studentische Junggesellenbude.
Insbesondere die Badezimmer Ausstattung ist ein Witz und viel schlimmer nicht Sturz sicher.
Das Treppenhaus ist extrem dreckig und es gibt keinen Aufzug.
