Ok location and useful room for our purpose, nothing for fussy germaphobes.
Pros:

Breakfast came with the room, fresh loaf toast, cornflakes, half used pack other cereal, part used pack margarine and part used glass of jam in fridge, plus pack juice and uht milk. The room is big enough for staying a few days, having large TV is a bonus.

Cons:

Cleanliness - bath/shower needs a serious de-mold and general deep clean, bathroom corners etc included.

Would not recommend or stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

The place was filthy. Mould round the bath and sink . Bath panel held together by tape . We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one night. Pictures on the site need updating because they are really old .

Great value stay in a comfy room.
Pros:

It was easy to follow the instructions to collect the keys. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The house was in a quiet area. The room had everything you could need. I appreciated the small touches of lights on the stairs and a first aid kit on the landing.

Cons:

At first we could not make the TV work, but it was easy to contact the owner and we managed to get it working (button stuck on remote).

Pretty ok for a quick stopover
Pros:

It’s cheap as chips and fine if you need a quick layover/place to rest in a long journey. The TV in the room is massive and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

As per other comments, bins could do with a wipe down, and maybe the bathroom needs an upgrade but, for the price we paid, it was fine.

Pros:

The room is spacious and its fine value for money, check-in was easy and communication was good.

Cons:

The room wasn't super clean, corners were quite dusty. The toaster is difficult to use as the switch is broken, a tea towel to dry the dishes would also be convenient. The door of the other room is very noisy (squeaks) when opened, this woke us up a few times.
