Pros:

Really nice homely room , comfortable bed , nice big tv , their were cereals milk and juices and coffee and tea in the room , which i thought was a really nice touch, clear and simple check in If you dont need to be in the centre of Durham for your visit then i would recommend , great room for the price .

Cons:

Location , not in the centre in a village location but i knew this before i booked it . I have visited Durham several times and always stayed in the centre which is more convenient , but this room was half the price i normally pay so thought i would give it a go .

A. Last minute booking proved a good bolt hole after initial difficulty with the lockbox code in pitch dark.
