Pessima la struttura, pessimo lo staff. Da evitare assolutamente. Allego foto.

Praticamente nulla

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente, staff completamente impreparato, camera sporca, tracce di sangue sulle lenzuola (che, a detta della ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie, "erano nuove"), calcinacci che cadevano dalla facciata. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stata fornita neanche la carta igienica, perchè "la ragazza doveva ancora portarla". Dopo un'attesa di 15 minuti, ho dovuto chiedere esplicitamente di prenderla da un'altra camera libera perchè avevamo bisogno di utilizzare il bagno.

Siamo andati via dopo la prima notte (avevamo prenotato per 3 notti) e Booking non riesce ad emettere il rimborso (parziale), visto che la struttura si rifiuta.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, vicino al molo e all'ingresso del parco del Castello di Miramare. A due passi dalla fermata del bus che porta a Trieste

Cons:

La struttura è desueta. Il riscaldamento in camera con una stufetta elettrica portatile. La colazione con i prodotti da forno confezionati

Pros:

Posizione ottima, con ampio parcheggio gratuito e vista sul mare, facilmente raggiungibile...a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di trieste.

Cons:

Nel bagno ed in generale nella camera non era presente un cestino. Ci vorrebbe un pochino più riguardo nella pulizia degli infissi.

Wunderbare Lage, alte charmante Möbel, Kästchen mit vielen Laden, viel Licht, tolle Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Cons:

Heizung funktioniert nicht, Klimaanlage reicht nicht - ich hab gefroren Ende März. Nur eine Steckdose funktioniert im Zimmer (entweder Heizen oder Handy aufladen).

Sicht aufs Meer

Cons:

Es hatte 6 Grad.
Im Zimmer gab es keine Heizung
Kein Warmwasser.
Da ich sehr müde war,ging ich sogleich schlafen und verliess das Hotel nach einem fürchterlichen Frühstück Einzig der Kaffee war gut.

Siamo arrivati, io e la mia ragazza, al tardo pomeriggio. Il signore credo il titolare abbastanza freddo, ma il problema non è assolutamente quello. Si sentiva già un forte odore di gas nella reception/hall che è adiacente alla sala colazioni. Siamo saliti in camera, ci siamo fatti una doccia e siamo usciti per cena. Quando siamo tornati in hotel per dormire verso mezzanotte l’odore di gas in stanza era fortissimo. Ovviamente la prima cosa che fai è chiedere di farti cambiare la stanza. PECCATO che in reception non ci fosse nessuno. Nemmeno un numero da telefonare in caso di emergenze. Siamo dovuti tornarcene a Padova da Trieste la sera stessa, senza aver dormito in struttura. NEANCHE IL RIMBORSO MI HANNO DATO
