Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel. Jestem w nim już kolejny raz. Otrzymałyśmy pokój na wyremontowanym piętrze. Pokój czyściutki, sprzątany codziennie. Miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko tramwaju T1. Basen z otwieranym dachem - w upalne dni rewelacja. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jest to hotel do którego na pewno wrócę.

Not very friendly
Pros:

It was clean and room fresh towels and bedding for the 2nights out of 5 that i actually stayed.

Cons:

Initial room was very cramped and when I enquired about a change they said all rooms were the same.size. When I pointed out the room photos in reception he relunctantly moved me to a slightly bigger room.
Night staff asleep on couch when I returned one evening!!!!
