Great location near many restaurants and shopping. Javed, the owner, is really helpful and caring and speaks excellent English. I stayed here for quite a few days while recovering from food poisoning and he offered to take me to the hospital. The shower always had hot water which was a big plus.
Beds were not the most comfortable but decent, and rooms were overall very nice, sometimes just very hot in the afternoon depending on the weather. WiFi was just okay as power cut pretty often.

Absolutely best place to stay in Skardu on a budget. Javed and his assistant Shabbir are incredibly kind and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The room was quiet and had a beautiful view of the garden. When I needed to go grab something from the store when nothing was open Javed personally took me in his car. He even helped me arrange a shared taxi to Gilgit on the day of my departure. Will continue to recommend to other travellers and return when I am in Skardu. Additionally, it is safe for solo female travelers and Javed also arrange day tours to different areas according to the foreigners taste which is a huge plus!!
Great hospitality. The tours were enjoyable and everyone there was helpful and accommodating.
A great location nearby sweet spots like yak burger and coffe yard skardu. Spacious and clean rooms. Hot shower all the time except last morning (I didn't bother to make them fix it). The manager is knowledgeable and friendly. He can arrange transportation and guides in the area. The breakfast was good, but served in a glacial pace. Request an early breakfast on travel day. Good value for money. Reccomeneded.

Amazing value for money in Skardu! I had a clean and cozy private room in a quiet location, and the bed was super comfortable.
Javed and the guys are absolute legends. They’re always happy to help with anything you need. When my motorcycle had some problems , Javeed even took it to a mechanic and made sure everything got fixed.
If I ever come back to Skardu, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!
Good staff as well as good location.
Love staying here! It was really clean and the shower was super hot always. It had a nice garden and the owner gave me cherries 🍒 from the tree upon arrival ☺️ %100 recommend you stay here!
I didn't stayed there
It was very small and congested with no lobby..Bathrooms were having Indian style flush...which was not acceptable at all. So I shifted out
Javed is a perfect host watching his guests like they were family. He is absolutely reliable. We loved the simple room we had. Spotlessly clean.
