Pros:

Comfortable beds, good shower and desk space. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Little bit of out of the way. 20-30min walk into the main area.

Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner possible même si nous le savions. Difficile de trouver à petit déjeuner proche.

I wouldn't really recommend this place.
Pros:

オーナーとwhatsAppなどのアプリでやり取りすることができ、比較的返信が早く助けてもらうことがあった。
​I could communicate with the owner via apps like WhatsApp. They responded relatively quickly and were very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons:

お湯の出が悪かった。日本人にはかなり残念に感じると思います。
以下は良くなかった点ではないが、残念だった点
・冷蔵庫がない
・セーフティボックスがない
The hot water supply was poor, which I think would be quite disappointing for Japanese travelers who value a good shower/bath.

Pros:

The place is very clean, tidy, spacious, has all what you need to spend some days very comfortable. They do laundry as well. The location is 7 min by motorbike to the center. They rent motorbikes so that was't an issue for me.
