Pros:

The rooftop was dope as hell , loved the front staff !!

Cons:

I hate that the rooftop isn't open in the morning for a cup of coffee , recommend having it open for breakfast people please 😭

The property was beautiful, very clean and stylish! The room was for my daughter/birthday, she loved her stay and had an amazing time! We most definitely loved the roof top 🥰

Disappointing.

The lobby was nice.

Cons:

When booking the room it was advertised that the room was “rainforest theme” and that the shower was the money maker. It was $250 a night for our stay and we were staying for our concert. The rooftop bar was HEAVILY advertised and we were SO excited to experience it! After coming back from our concert we got ready to go up and have a drink and enjoy the views. There were multiple people staying at the Moxy from the Cardi B concert that were ALSO excited to experience the rooftop. We go up the elevator to go and it is completely marked off. The rooftop closed at 10. We were very highly upset and so were all of the concert goers and other guests. We then decided to use our “free drink chips” we received at check in at the lobby bar. They weren’t serving after 11. They have mini drinks in the coolers that were $12 a piece. We had to wait until we were checking out to use our drink chips and the vodka was put in the very watery drink by a dropper and they put about 3 drops of alcohol in the drink. It was very nasty. The hotel room didn’t have trash bags, etc. very inconvenient. They also don’t do a breakfast. So good luck. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be coming back.

The Front desk staff was amazing and very informative.
Pros:

The Location was absolutely perfect for where I needed to go during my stay.

I did not like that the rooms didn’t come with a little fridge or microwave.

It was very cute.

Cons:

The bartenders were awful.. don’t give out few drink tokens if your bartenders do NOT want to do it. They were so rude! The guy at the check in was great. But the bartenders need an attitude check. And then the hot water in our room didn’t work and we needed to switch rooms. Not a big deal. Amber was FANTASTIC!!! She is AMAZING!!!! Bartenders awful.
