Нам очень понравилось ,что в отеле чистота ,все продумано до мелочей .Полотенца для пляжа ,для бассейна отдельно ,комфорт и уют

Pros:

Отлично место. От уникального пляжа с магнитным песком 100 метров. Здание новое, простые чистые номера, в основном с балконами с частичным видом на море. Достойный завтрак. Ужин по меню очень вкусный. Свое вино.
Очень радушное гостеприимство от Майи и ее команды. На крыше ресторана открытый бассейн. На крыше гостиницы - терраса с круговым видом.
Очень все понравилось.

Cons:

Уреки - небольшой поселок. Кроме пляжа и моря заняться нечем. Поэтому, лучше приезжать на авто.

Pros:

Overall, it's a relatively new hotel, which means that the rooms are renovated and clean. Everything worked in the room. In the rain, we were provided with an umbrella, and overall the staff were nice.

Cons:

We paid around $170 per night for a room with a balcony facing the forest & sea. For a price this high in Georgia, we expected at least a decent breakfast (breakfast didn't have many food options, no real deserts, cappuccino was an extra charge of around $3). The restaurant itself was not that clean. For instance, when we ordered food in the afternoon, the glasses we were given for water were not super clean (you could see the stains on the glass). There was just one person working in the restaurant, and food itself was expensive and not very delicious. So, the dining/breakfast part was disappointing, especially given that there are not great food options in Ureki. Another issue is not directly related to the hotel, but the road to the beach, although not long, is not clean, and the beach and the sea water are not clean, so that definitely ruins the whole experience.

Excellent with minor exceptions
Pros:

Location is perfect, the hotel is new and comfortable, looks outstanding comparing to other places in the area.
Beach towels, pool towels are provided by the hotel.
Would I come here again - yes.

Cons:

The stay was quite pleasant, only one thing which I would recommend to improve - breakfasts. The same every day, eggs and sausage are okay, the rest of food is disputable in terms of taste. Coffee from a machine is paid.

Pros:

Отель прекрасный, современный, чистый. Мне кажется, лучший в Уреки. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда рад помочь. Ресторан очень хороший, все вкусно и прекрасно приготовлено. Завтраки многообразные, свежие, правда, несколько тяжеловаты для меня.

Cons:

У отеля небольшая территория, а рядом огромный парк для кемпинга. Хотелось бы отодвинуть кемпинг подальше от города, чтобы у отеля была возможность расшириться.

Everything was incredible. Thank you to the owners and staff to an amazing experience!
Pros:

The hotel was really nice. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, kind and went above and beyond for us. The owner Maya made us feel like we were part of the family! The food was incredible. Everything we order was fresh and had a lot of flavor. Compliments to the chef. Also the wine they had was incredible. We even got a few bottles to take home. Overall we had an amazing time at Ritsa Resort and would only stay there in the future.
